The Ireland House is centrally located in The Colony, TX. With convenient access to major attractions like Lake Lewisville (3 minutes), Grandscape entertainment district (10 min) and Hawaiian Falls Water Park (10 min), this 3 bedroom home is perfect for your next adventure or corporate stay.

Welcome to Ireland House! This newly updated home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully fenced in yard and 2 car garage. Decorated with a modern bohemian style and comfortable, functional furnishings, it is the perfect set up for both families and corporate retreats.

Walking into the home you will find yourself in an open concept space with two living areas, dining room and kitchen. The living room is complete with two sleeper sofas that connect to make one large sectional or pull out into a massive sleeper, perfect for movie nights! Feel free to separate these and have two queen size sleepers. There is also a queen air bed available.

Jump into the kitchen where you will find a fully stocked area for all your meal prep or entertainment needs. The dining room is host to seating for 6 with additional seating available on the patio or in the game room.

Cozy up by the fire in the winter in our fabulous game space right off the kitchen. Here you can enjoy a game of shuffleboard or one of our favorite board games all while enjoying the company of your other guests in the kitchen or dining room.

The bedrooms are all located on the north side of the home allowing for quiet separation from other areas. Rest peacefully in our master suite with our cozy king size bed and plush linens. You’ll also find a beautiful walk in shower in the en suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage here for our long term guests with a full dresser and large walk in closet.

The guest bedrooms both have a queen size bed with medium/firm mattress, plush linens and tvs in each room. The guest bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and accessories such as a baby bath tub for our small travelers.

The fully fenced in back yard has an amazing amount of space making it perfect for our four-legged friends in this pet friendly home, with direct private access to the two car garage available for use during your stay. In the back yard you’ll find 2 hammocks, a fire pit, grill and outdoor seating.
