Perfect Phoenix AZ home

The house is clean and spacious. It has everything we need. Neighborhood area is nice. The host is super quick in responding to any questions. Check in/ out process is easy and simple. We would definitely return in future.

Beautiful home for family gathering

Beautiful home. Spacious with lots of sleeping spaces and common space. Very convenient location to shopping and I-17 but nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful with prompt communication. We loved our stay!

Will come again.

This home was laid out perfectly for our family reunion. All bedrooms were private with a bath and the central kitchen and open living area was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shopping, restaurants and the highway.

Family Wedding

First time user of VrBo and man did we make the right choice. Our host Kent and his house were both equally impressive, the house was so nice and it was in immaculate condition. Everything about the process was super easy, our Host Kent was easily accessible.If you plan on staying in the Phoenix area, you should look at this houses availability, it is Awesome.I know whenever my family or I will be back, we will be stay here.Thank you Kent for everything, it was beyond perfect.

Spring Training

Group of friends in Phoenix for some Spring Training baseball. The house was perfect for what we needed. Good location, clean, had everything we needed. Well stocked with everything. Had a couple questions and the host responded immediately. If we do this again next year we will definitely consider returning to this location.

Overall very Good

One issue. We noticed a shortage of towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. One towel per person can be a problem. Only one dish towel in the kitchen. One day one I sent a question to the property manager covering these issues and never got a reply. That said it was a great stay. Plenty of room for all. Niice kitchen, porch, and patio area. Great for the little one to run around and play. If not for the no reply this would have been a five.
