The house was immaculate! The host was fabulous. There was nothing that we could have wanted better for our stay! The home is close to good shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood is exceptionally safe. We loved it!

This home was amazing. Bigger and more spacious than the pictures showed. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we could need. We were 4 adults, 3 children and a dog and everyone had space to enjoy. There is a massage chair- which was a family favorite! Dining space fit beautifully for a big family meal- with smaller dining areas available for kids play/create areas. Instructions to get in were clear. Clean, plenty of parking. It was perfect for our families over the holidays.

Wonderful

Comfortable, roomy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, ample towels provided, great linens and very comfortable beds. The owner was very nice. We would stay there again in a minute!

The house was perfect for our group! Tons of space, comfy beds, and all the amenities you could possibly need (towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, bottled water, etc.) We loved the location and the layout of the place—-everything was great!!

Wonderful Home!

Diane's home was perfect for our family! House is large, plenty of beds and bathrooms, great set up and nice back yard. The house is well appointed, including items for children, my daughter appreciated the baby seat for her new born.Diane was communicative, accommodating, and easy to work with. So happy we found this home and would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Diane!!

Wonderful Girls Weekend

From the beginning to end the host was absolutely fabulous. Very responsive to pre-communication and available immediately as needed during the stay. The house was very well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms), plenty of room for 7 adults, instructions within the home for all electronics easy to follow. A bonus was the massage chair. Definitely recommend this property!!!

Spacious Family House in Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay in this huge multi-bedroom home. It was convenient to both Phoenix and Scottsdale as well as plenty of food/amenities nearby. It was comfortable and felt like an actual home rather than a rental property. And the decor was gorgeous, but the best living space was the kitchen/livingroom. As a FYI, this home may not be suitable for anyone who can’t use stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs.

Business Group for Ben Avery Event

In Phoenix for work related event and needed a comfortable, spacy, residence for our group near the Ben Avery facility on Carefree Hwy. Diane was a great hostess. Good communication, and even let me check in early on arrival day. The home was clean and well appointed, and the refrigerator full of water was a bonus. Check out was easy and we'll look at this home again for future needs.

Excellent In Every Way

We have stayed at many VRBO properties but this one stands out for how well equipped it is (there are things there you didn’t even realize you needed but which show the host put a lot of thought into), cleanliness excellent, rapid consistent communication by the host, nice park nearby for walking, pickle ball, kids & dogs, and good access to the major freeways in PHX yet not so close as to be noisy ( in fact it was very quiet in the neighborhood). We had a large group all of whom were very pleased with this home and we would rent it again in the future.

Excellent Stay!!!

10/10! Our stay was wonderful, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. This is a beautiful house with everything you need, very clean and organized. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice park nearby and grocery stores close as well. The check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. The host is very kind and also very responsive. We honestly felt like at home and we will be back. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay and for being such a great host!

Amazing Property

The VRBO description did not do it justice. This house is enormous, with room to spend time with others or find a little area all to yourself. My extended family and I have stayed at many VRBO's in the past, but I would have to say this is the most well appointed one. Diane, the host, has thought of everything a person could need to have available when traveling and has provided it. She's even asked for visitor's input for what would have made our visit more comfortable. However, it was uneccessary to complete as everything was already provided. Great space inside and out. Hat's off to the cleaning crew as they do a fantastic job. Communication was flawless and my questions always answered in a very timely manner. My family was amazed at the reasonable rental price with all the little extras that were provided. If you find yourself needing a house this size it won't dissappoint. Thank you Diane for providing such a rental.
