Escape to our newly renovated retreat by the shores of Lake Erie. This modern lake house boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 8 guests to unwind and create lasting memories.

Step inside to discover a seamless blend of modern design and cozy comfort. The heart of the home welcomes you with an open-concept living area, where plush furnishings and tasteful decor create an inviting ambiance.

Watch the famous Lake Erie sunsets on the covered, 400+ sq ft deck. Private beach access directly off the property provides the perfect escape for an evening walk and a front-row sunset view.

The master suite has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two queen-sized beds. The three well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort for all guests. This home also offers basic dining and sleeping amenities for our tiny travelers.

It was a great weekend. This was one of the best places we have ever stay at
very clean, beautifully furnished, kitchen fully stocked with all necessities. The view of the lake was amazing.

Wonderful Beach Family Experience

Everything about the family experience at Sunset Retreat was extremely positive. It is a lovely house with fantastic views of Lake Erie. We very much enjoyed the deck for gatherings overlooking the yard and lake. The home was perfectly decorated, welcoming, and the owners thought of everything in regard to what we would expect during our stay to meet our needs. Absolutely perfect.

Adults Only Family Vacation

Everything is beautifully updated. The house was spacious with comfortable furnishings and wonderful amenities. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. We cooked most meals at the house and found the kitchen well appointed. Our grouo'd only complaint is that the local restaurants were a bit disappointing. If you are looking to spend some quality time with family and/or friends in a lovely comfortable home with stunning sunset views this is the house for you.

Perfect Lakefront Home on Lake Erie

This lake house exceeded our expectations! My siblings and I were looking for a house on the water in Erie where we could reunite for a weekend to celebrate a birthday and a retirement and re-visit some memories. The owners did a fabulous job of remodeling the house. It was beautiful, clean, private, and the perfect location. It was well stocked with special touches that made it feel like home. We all travel a lot and this house was one of the nicest VRBO properties ever. We would highly recommend it for your next trip to Lake Erie and would definitely stay there again.

This property was so beautiful. Our favorite feature was the covered porch with an amazing view of Lake Erie!! There was a gorgeous kitchen stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, pots & pans. The hosts were so easy to work with & extremely prompt with responses & excellent advice on where to shop in the area. We would highly recommend this property.

We truly had a wonderful weekend. Your place is beautiful but we found it had a lot of space we did not use. The TV was a challenge in that we all have cable and found streaming a challenge. The air conditioning worked fine but for those sleeping in the basement it was too cold. Another issue that you may want to address is the step down on the lower level needs to be marked as a step. We had several trip and one fall not realizing it was a step.However, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home.

Amazing Lakeside Home!!

An absolutely amazing home! The house was very clean and just beautiful! Even my surly 14 year old said how awesome the house was! The property around the house was spectacular. Everything we look for in a vacation. Simple access to the lake so my boys can go swimming, a big yard for them to play in, and in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The booking process was straight forward and easy. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to any inquiries. The entire process was easier than any other vacation I've taken. My family was so impressed with the home and the hosts, we booked next years vacation while still on this vacation. We cant wait to come back! I have nothing negative to say. Everything about the property, the home and the hosts were top notch. If I could give a 10 star review I would.

Cara and Kyle were excellent hosts for our girls weekend! Communication was great. The house and location were perfect. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could ever need. Everyone loved their beds. The house is beautifully decorated. We spent a lot of time on the spacious covered deck. We definitely would stay again!
