C'est notre propre propriété au bord du lac, très propre et bien située. Situé juste au bord du lac avec votre propre plage privée et accès. La vue seule vous aidera à vous détendre et à vous détendre. Profitez des couchers de soleil et des sons fantastiques du lac Érié, toujours glorieux dans des conditions calmes et turbulentes. Sortez simplement par la porte pour déguster des vins locaux et détendez-vous sur le pont de l'édifice du coucher du soleil. alors que le vent et les vagues du lac vous bercent pour vous détendre.

The view of Lake Erie was beautiful from the house. The house had everything my family needed and it was very clean. I also was happy to know it welcomed pets my dog really enjoyed exploring the grounds. My grandkids enjoyed making a fire every night and we appreciate the fire wood they left for us to use.

Our stay was perfect! The Owner was super communicative and very helpful. The house was beautiful and very clean. They even offered a later checkout due to heavy fog and concerns about road conditions. We plan on booking again.

We traveled with 3 adults, a preschooler, a toddler and 2 dogs and we had a BLAST! The house was so clean, provided EVERYTHING you would need and had a lovely welcome basket including a delicious pie. We were treated to a 4th of July fireworks display by a neighbor down the shore. The kids and dogs had a wonderful time playing down by the beach, walking the shoreline, swimming in the lake and playing in the yard and large field behind the house. Us adults enjoyed watching all the fun, paddleboarding off the private beach and most definitely the sunsets seen from the Rubber Sucker Club! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We NEVER even left the property during our visit, since all the fun was there! We were able to enjoy and swim in Lake Erie without having to deal with any holiday crowds. Couldn't be beat! We had a big heat wave during our visit and the mini split a/c units found on each floor struggled keeping us as cool as we're used to. Sleeping at night, since there were no units or vents in the bedrooms, we all had to sleep with our doors open and use the provided floor and ceiling fans to pull the cooler air from the mini split in. That was our ONLY semi-gripe all weekend, but we made do and it didn't hurt the fun or beautiful property setting at all. The neighbors we saw down at the beach or walking the shoreline were exceptionally pleasant as well. We can't wait to come back sometime!

House was immaculate. House instructions and area info presented clearly in lovely welcome basket. Host was pet-friendly and lots of private/public areas for dog walking. Household supplies (towels, extra blankets) as well as Kitchen (dishes, cutlery & pots/pans) were well set-up. Outdoor seating options were abundant. The view as well as access to the lake and beach was excellent. Look forward to returning to this fantastic house.

This beautiful home has the charm of a 19th century farmhouse with all the modern amenities. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. The home is located just steps from Lake Erie and the views are magnificent. The neighborhood was very quiet and the wood stocked fire pit came in very handy when the temps fell to 60and we could still enjoy the outdoors. We would not hesitate to book it again.

Booked the Lake House for a 60th birthday celebration with my family. What a perfect home and perfect location!!! My wife was thrilled with everything. The sunset both nights were just great!!! The house had everything we needed for dinners and the Rubber Sucker Club was perfect for her celebration!!! Can’t wait to visit again!! 100% recommend!! You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome place for our work trip

This place suited all our needs during work and the days we got snowed out. The lake front view was beautiful and being at the front of a private drive gave us a sense of seclusion. Overall really cool spot

Relaxing in Wine Country

Great views of the lake. Easy access to wineries, beaches, fishing. We heard a screech owl and saw eagles, red headed woodpeckers, turkey, deer. The home and grounds were great for relaxation.

Family Vacation on the Lake Erie Shore

This property was everything that we had hoped for--and then some! The decor made us feel right at home, proximity to the lake and location in beautiful North East all combined to create a wonderful experience. The beautiful weather served to enhance all the attributes.

End of summer getaway
