We absolutely loved our stay in this unit and would come here again! Ground level patio walking right out to the pool area was wonderful, along with beautiful ocean views. Snorkeling right out front was even great! All in the condo was as expected. Two recommendations, a hardfloor vacuum cleaner for sand. Also instructions for the Dishwasher.

Great place..well located to southern dive spots, close to restaurants and downtown. The pool was good, snorkeling at beach was easy and right outside your door. Beautiful front row seats for fantastic sunsets will be back!

Everything about our stay was great. The view, location, having your own beach and being able to snorkel any time you wanted was wonderful. We saw a turtle within 5 minutes of snorkeling. We were here to dive and being within 10 minutes of all the dive sites on the South side was great. We will definitely be back and stay at Bellvue again ! Thanks alot !!!!!

Amazing access and lication

Our visits are the highlight of our annual vacations to Bonaire. We have stayed at this location in another unit previously. We knew this location at excellent access to the reef and a great little pool. The maintainance of the pool and pool area were excellent. In general this apartment is amazing but a little living care in the kitchen is needed. It would also be helpful to have a drying rack for towels. Martin greeted us and we had a welcome tray of crackers and spreads along with a beverage.

Prettig verblijf in dit huis!

Het verblijf was prima, we hebben het heerlijk gehad. Prima bedden, badkamers en buitenshuis tafels en stoelen. Het zwembad voor het huis was zelfs lekkerder dan verwacht. Klein minpuntje vonden we de keuken, die kan wat geupdate worden, maar hij voldeed wel.

Great trip

Amazing waterfront location with the only piece of white sand in view. Check in was great-we were met at the place by the owner. He was happy to answer questions. Ice snack board waiting for us. Comfortable beds and good A/C in the bedrooms. Amazing walk out covered patio to the pool and ocean. Very convenient to the dive shop. Loved it all!

Fabulous View

Every morning was a joy to awake to the sound of the sea waves crashing on the shore. Sipping coffee and looking out at the clear blue waters was the perfect way to start the morning! We already miss it!!

Very good property management

Overall...nice 2 bedroom right on the beach....great views...ocean access...the property manager met us there upon arrival and had snacks etc after a long day of travel which was a nice touch...my only coming was the lack of parking....it's right against the street and only 6 spaces...7 if everyone cooperates and parks real close...for 12 units....with the amount of construction in the area and rain....if the building was fu..I honestly don't know where we woukd have parked...if I was there with my dive buddies trying to unload equipment we woukd have been greatly disappointed and upset...but...the wife would jump out as I parked close...luckily...we were usually able to grab a spot..

The good the bad the so so

The good: Beautiful location, terrific sunset views, sandy beach out front with good snorkeling, good refrigerator, electric grill. The bad: other than clean sheets it did not appear to have been cleaned, moldy coffee and filter in coffee maker, dirty pan in oven, fine grit on floor, dish washer pods were leaking under sink, thick dust on the wall above bed in master bedroom. Air conditioning in bedrooms only. The so so: took three visits to get tv to operate, need to point second remote at the wall to change channel, back bedroom is noisy from 7am to 11pm as it is on the road side, the bug zapper is your friend, loads of mosquitos for your nightly entertainment, pool is directly in front of unit so guests from 11 other units are your intimate companions often with screaming children in tow. Convection stove (not a big fan) and oven with pictograms. The place could really use a manual of instructions for the nuances of operation(see tv) of the appliances instead of being told to google it.

Excellent location. Beyond the corals dive center across the street . We dove with them almost every day. They are 5 star! Town easy commute. Property clean and comfortable. Martin and Nicole very responsive.

Great house reef and sandy beach entry!

You can't beat Bellevue for the house diving. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. The only downside is the traffic noise is an issue in the front bedroom especially on the weekend nights. Otherwise fabulous stay!

Snorkeling right off your own little beach.

This was our third trip to Bonaire and our first stay at the Bellevue in Belnem. The unit was great. Karla is an easy owner to work with and Martin was a great local contact. Having a small beach right out your door is not something you get very often in Bonaire. The only reason I gave the four stars on Location and Neighborhood would be because it would be nice to be able to walk to the restaurants (even though we cooked in most meals) and everywhere near the water in Bonaire will have some street noise. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen had everything we needed the bedrooms have a/c and the unit was clean. At first I thought the ground floor would be less than ideal, but it made for much better access to the beach and patio area with the pool. All in all it's an excellent place.

Bellevue #1

We can't say enough about Carla's apartment. It was absolutely perfect for us. It was nice being on the ground floor with the pool and sea just steps away. We took advantage of both. Diving and snorkeling off the back house reef was fantastic and so convenient/easy! Very good wifi which was important as it was a working vacation for me, but I had the best view working from the patio! Great location close to nice restaurants and a short drive into town. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit if available!! We had the best time and did not want to leave. Absolutely beautiful place.

Super verblijf op Bonaire

Het contact met Carla (eigenaar) en Martin (beheerder) is zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk geweest. Carla heeft ons heel fijn extra informatie gegeven en Martin gaf ons een warm welkom met heerlijke hapjes. Het appartement is netjes en compleet en heel lekker dat halve wegen ons verblijf de schoonmaakster kwam om oa de bedden te verschonen. Airco in de slaapkamers maakt het lekker om te slapen en de horren voor de ramen in de huiskamer maakt dat het lekker kan doortochten zonder al te veel last van muggen. Met de auto 10 minuutjes van Kralendijk en de supermarkt, lekker aan het strand al met al een heerlijk verblijf! Voor herhaling vatbaar

Direct access to ocean

Nicely appointed condo with a comfortable living area and bedroom. Even though there was no air conditioner outside of the bedrooms, the ceiling fan and screened sliding doors allowed a breezy, cool area to relax. Felt very secure in this area of town. It was very convenient to dive sites and supermarket. We had access to beautiful scuba diving directly from the beach behind the condo. Martin and his wife surprised us with breakfast plate and OJ on our arrival. Very nice touch! My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and would definitely plan to rent again!

Property and building were as represented. We would stay again on our next visit to the island.

We were greeted with a very nice treat when we arrived by the property host. This is a perfect location for divers on the island as it is very central to all the dive sites. It is also a great night dive location as it was very nice to be able to come in at night on a beach, as many of the dives on the island have more difficult entry and exits. After 20 + dives on the island. We are very much looking forward to our next vist to the island.

Wonderful!

This apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The caretakers were extremely nice, even met us at the airport to help, knowing that we had a rental car. The view from our patio was beautiful! Enjoyed having a pool and sandy beach as well. We will be back someday!!

Great Condo - enjoyed our stay in November, 2017

Overall, we were very happy with the condo. Loved the location and the ability to snorkel and dive right off the beach in front of the condo was fantastic. We were there for a week. When we arrived there were a few lights not working but Martin fixed them the next day. We did find it unusual that there were no top sheets on the beds, only comforters and would recommend that top sheets be provided as well as face washcloths.

Also very close to the windsurfing beach where my sons go every day , it's heaven .
