Sunny 2 bed 1 bath in the heart of Seminole Heights. The house is walking distance to many bars and restaurants in one of Tampa's most exciting neighborhoods. Located only a short drive to USF, Ybor City, Downtown, and SoHo. It is situated on a quiet street and has a deck with a fenced in back yard and BBQ grill. Out front there is a porch with a small front lawn as well. The whole house has Central AC/Heat for a comfortable stay any time of year.

We enjoyed the quietness of the area and it was perfectly central to what we had planned for the week. It took a day to get accustomed to the traffic patterns and to avoid slowdowns. Our host was friendly and accommodating. It was nice to know he was nearby if we needed anything but also gave us space needed to relax.Kitchen was super clean with quality cookware. Deck off the back was also a nice place to sit.

Property was 10 min away from driveline which was very convenient. Liked the deck in the back. Communication with owner was very good. Price was reasonable for long term stay.

Great Location Cozy place

We loved our stay at this wonderful house. Its at a great location. Close to all major attractions. Quite neighborhood. Host is great. He is responsive and always willing to help.Only thing lacking is a dishwasher.

Great stay in Tampa

The house was very clean and neat and in a quaint neighborhood. Like the washer and dryer on site as well, very helpful. There was a slight miss with a lack of household supplies but Chandler lives next door and brought them over very swiftly. Also, the backyard wasn’t mowed and had a gate leading to the alley that was broken and wouldn’t close. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Chandler!

Great stay

This place was perfect for our stay in Tampa. I brought my son and 3 nieces (ages 14-17) for a concert at the arena and the Busch gardens the next day. The house was 10 minutes to both places which was very convenient. It fit the 5 of us easily. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Check in was very easy and Chandler even checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The weather was really nasty when we're leaving and he let us stay until it cleared up which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here if we visit Tampa again.

Took a trip with my three Teenage children, the property was as advertised, nice location, central to everything in Tampa. Nice Yard, Access to a washer and dryer. Made for a successful family trip

I am originally from Maine but moved down to Florida a few years ago for the sunshine and warm weather. I have lived in several cities in Florida and now call Tampa home. When I am not working I love all outdoor activities, especially the beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This home is right in the heart of my favorite area in Tampa -- Seminole Heights. I have been living here for a couple of years now so I am very familiar with the area and happy to give any recommendations for things to do or see in the area. The house is about 3 blocks from Florida Ave, where you can find several bars, restaurants and small businesses. It is far enough away that noise is never an issue at nighttime, but things are still walk-able if you are traveling without a car. Seminole Heights is centrally located and right off I-275 so all major attractions are only 10-15mins away (Airport, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, USF, UT, SoHo, Downtown, Water St, Tampa Zoo, etc.). Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches are also only about a 35 minute drive away.

This cozy 2 bedroom home has all the amenities you need for a home away from home. Out back there is a fenced in backyard with a porch and dining table, a perfect place to wind down after a long day. Out front is a small porch with 2 swinging chairs to enjoy the neighborhood any time of day. It has both washer and dryer in the shed out back and a fully stocked kitchen for those that like to cook. Throughout the home there are plenty of windows to let in all the Florida sunshine!
