Central Las Vegas Stay

My wife and I stayed in the house for almost 3 weeks. The home was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. The back yard was very well maintained and quiet. The location was great. It was only 3 miles from the strip, and close to west Las Vegas.

Great for work

Had to do a project in town. Very easy check in. Very nice neighborhood. Blinds were great for working at night shift.

Accessibility to main points of attraction in Las Vegas coupled with the family friendly nature, peace and quietness makes this home attractive for me.

You are just few minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip, tons of restaurant, bars, groceries, and shopping. There is a lovely park just across the street as well for families with kids/pets.

There are numerous service businesses within close proximity as well.

FYI, the neighbor next door is renovating their home but you would hardly hear them while inside the home.

What would you need for a peaceful extended stay that you won't find in this home?

While you are out working all day or enjoying the beauties of Las Vegas, you come home to your serene abode where you can relax in the spacious private fenced backyard. The backyard has covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can gather around to enjoy barbecued dinner or indulge in ping pong game.

You can also team up to challenge yourselves to cornhole game.

If you prefer to be inside the home, you could keep yourselves entertained with Foosball or some board games.

For you who love to cook, you will appreciate that the kitchen is well stocked with adequate cooking materials such as pots/pans, baking wares, dishes, cutleries, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker, etc.
