Our Las Vegas House is located on the west side of town in a quite neighborhood everything is only few minutes away.

Its is a 3 bedrooms over 1820 Sqf single story house (no stairs to climb) 2 car garage for your car. In great quiet neighborhood.

EV Charger 220v 40A level 2 is available in the garage should charge about 30-35 miles/hour depend on your car.
Tesla car need to bring an adaptor to connect their Tesla's

The Space:
3 bedrooms over 1600 Sqf single story house with 2 car garage remote provided.

Guest Access:
The house is yours, there is no sharing with any other guests.

The Neighborhood:
Nice and quite neighborhood at the west side of town.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available in Las Vegas

Other Things to Note:

Quiet and convenient place to enjoy Vegas.

Quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the strip and local favorites. Big full kitchen, lots of room to spread out and a great home for a small pet. The back yard was nice to relax on while our puppy ran around and enjoyed herself is a safe environment.

Perfect place away from the strip!

Plenty of space for the whole family. Close enough to the strip to enjoy it but far enough away to have quiet evenings. Definitely will use this property again!

Great Place

Very nice property, nice neighborhood close to all. Ori the property mgr. was great, easy to contact. Nice backyard for the dogs, they had a great time also. No complaints would stay there again.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood 15 Minutes from Downtown

Communication was frequent and timely from time of booking to day of check-in. Was nice to hear from the owner the day after check-in to see if we had everything we need and if we had settled in. The house was clean and comfortable, everything on one floor. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. Location was great. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the Strip on either side, and there were excellent restaurants nearby when we were in a pinch. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay that isn’t too far away from Downtown Vegas.

Nice place

Loved the place and great neighborhood. Loved being able to use the garage for my vehicle. Felt secure and safe. This neighborhood was close to friends and easy access to places we visited. I would definately stay here again.

Was there for a soccer tournament and it was perfect. Way better than staying at a hotel and much closer to our fields.

Las Vegas Get Away

Nice, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Only issues were lack of water pressure and stove not working but the owner is responsive to getting these things fixed. Overall matched on-line description and was conveniently located.

Convenient

We stayed 2 nights, with 5 adults and 2 young children. We found the house safe, comfortable and convenient to the events we were attending. The house was clean but smelled of old cigarette smoke. Beds were ok. Appliances worked well, AC worked well.

Close to Everything

Four of us were celebrating a girls' weekend and wanted to bike Red Rock and see Valley of Fire. Plus take in some shopping. And of course, hit at least one or two casinos on the strip. The property was clean and spacious. Perfect for our group. Great communication with the owner.

Convenient location

Good property. Spacious. Centrally located. Few minor issues. Door to garage and back entrance both need repairing. Faucets in bathroom and kitchen need repairs/replaced. No toaster. Lighting in bedrooms was not very bright. Property worked for us since we golfed all day.

Not completely satisfied

The backyard haf many ares of dog poop from prior visitors which was a great concern as i had 2 small dogs that i brought and didnt want them to catch any possible issues from other people's pets. Luckily i checked the yard first and quickly sprayed the prior pets's poop with lysol to hopefully kill any possible dangers. The inside of the house was clean in most areas except the bathroom had human hairs here and there, and the drains smelled a bit olike mildew.
