When you reserve Desert Song Casita, you'll enjoy 499 square feet of your very own free standing, private refuge in Northwest Las Vegas, featuring one Queen sized bed with supportive mattress and crisp cotton sheets, ample bedroom closet, one bathroom with shower, fully stocked petite kitchen with apartment sized refrigerator/freezer & range plus micro wave oven & bistro dining set, perfect for creating simple meals or enjoying takeout. There is a comfy tv area, desk area and sitting area for two to enjoy wifi and streaming TV with hulu and sports channels. Desert Song Casita has central air and heat, a laundry area with electric washer and dryer, one covered parking area for one vehicle only, just steps from the front door. Cannot accommodate oversize vehicles. No pool access. Smoke free from vape, cannabis & cigarettes or cigars, one pet under 40 pounds okay with $49 pet fee. 7 day minimum stay only. Two guests maximum, can accommodate two adults or one adult with one child. Key less entry. 3p check in, 11a check out.

The house was very comfortable for 2 people. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The hosts, which we had a chance to meet, were very nice.

Could not find the door when arriving area completely black no lights. Walked by door 5 times because of the darkness. Did contact host but didn't get back to me for hour by that time we found it. She said she would look at the problem but the whole 11 days never fixed it. I do think if you could have dish towels in kitchen it would be helpful. Also the owner had seen me numerous times but when I was taking this picture came out and asked who I was. Not nice when they knew who I was.

Nice tiny home

The power went out when i got there but after it was fixed i had no problems. The place could have been dusted and sweeped a bit more but it was a nice and i would recommend.

Perfect stay!

My boyfriend was in Vegas for work and needed somewhere to stay for his last week in town. We found this perfect casita. It was well equipped. Very comfortable. The location was perfect. The property manager Tracy was spectacular to deal with. The absolute best. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again the next time we visit Lad Vegas.

Home Away from Home

This gem had everything to be your "home" in Vegas. I stayed a week and felt comfortable and safe. Amenities like the kitchen and walk-in closet lent themselves to having a routine like home. Wifi was reliable and fast--easily enabled me to work my IT job remotely. Hulu spooled up on the TV was a ice touch. The location had easy access to whatever you need during your stay.Tracy, the host, was the best. Extremely attentive, responsive, and genuine.

Clean and quiet

This property was quiet. Owners were friendly. Close, spacious parking. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there was cigarette smell but the owner said she would take care of it for the future. Besides that I would stay again.

Cozy Casita

This quiet cul-de-sac location, with all the comforts of home is a gem. It gave us the opportunity to take day trips to Red Rock Canyon, Tule Springs Fossil Beds,Valley of Fire, White Owl Canyon,Cathedral Gorge,Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Hikes and sights were outstanding!The North Las Vegas Municipal 3 Par Golf Course, Springs Preserve, Clark County Wetlands Park, Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve and LV strip were also enjoyed.We slept well on the king bed and relaxed on the living room divan and lazy boy until the next day’s adventure. Trader Joe’s and Albertsons were conveniently close.Our host, Tracy, was welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Great for Short stays

Very responsive host lives on property. Great neighborhood, & close to shopping. The kitchen work are is tiny, so we had to buy a cart for more counter space, & we bought cookware to supplement the small skillet and medium sauce pan -- if cooking isn't a priority, the space is fine.The king bed is comfortable enough, but has very little space on the sides -- so it's difficult to get into bed.The living area has a large T.V. with all the Apps, but limited comfortable furniture. However, I believe an electric recliner has recently been added.All in all, great for short term stays.

Great for Short Stays

The location & Hosts are great. The owners live in the main house, next to this Casita, & they are very responsive on all issues.The kitchen cooking area is tiny but functional for short stays. The utensils provided are quality -- not the typical plastic. But if you intend to "cook", you will need to supplement the 6" frying pan & 2-qt. sauce pan provided. (We bought additional pans & a rolling cart.)The living areas are comfortable for short stays. The shower is great, with plenty of almost instant hot water. The king bed is comfy, but too large for the space.All in all, an excellent choice for short term.

This is a great little place to stay. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of restaraunts and stores within a very short drive. The internet is excellent and the host is very quick to respond. The place is very clean, cute and comfortable.
