Charming 1949 ranch home in North Central Phoenix offering partial views of the Mountains Preserve awaits your arrival! This home (14th Place) has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and finished with modern desert accents. It is situated on a residential street, near the Highway 51 and Northern Avenue, providing easy access to many parts of the valley, including Scottsdale and the uptown and downtown areas of Phoenix. A single car carport for shaded parking is available for you to use, plus tandem parking for another car in the driveway. The RV parking pad in the backyard is currently rented to a long-term guest and not available for any RVs. A portion of the backyard of this home is shared with our friendly, long-term guest and their Labrador. The front and back and patios and patio furniture are for your (houseguests) use, as well as the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Breakfast by the Mountain

Douglas’ rental is very welcoming, warm and clean. He was very responsive to any questions. The location near Mt. Piestewa was great, and we often had breakfast on the front patio overlooking sunrise on the mountain. It’s just a few minutes away and great for a spontaneous short hike or a longer trek.

Cute, cozy home with a great location!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Booking the property was easy. The price point was very fair. The home was clean, quiet, accommodating, and very cozy. We loved the location of this house. It is within a few minutes of 2 major freeways which makes it very quick and easy to get around the entire city and its surroundings. The home was also very easy to find from the street, which has not been the case with most homes that I’ve rented. The beds were very comfortable and slept 4 adults with ease. What you see in the listing is what you get, no hidden discrepancies. I would not hesitate to book this house for my future trips to Phoenix!
