Hello ~ Thank You for staying with us multiple times throughout the seasons over the years. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, stocked, well decorated, spacious home where you can rest, relax and recharge. We are glad our house was comfortable and spacious for your players and their families stay. We appreciate hosting you each time. Our house is filled with 4 floors of amenities for your use including bikes, poker table, air hockey table, hot tub, fire pit, blackstone grill, elevator, full size washer and dryer equipped with detergent, situated clothesline, wet bar, gourmet open concept kitchen, 6 smart televisions, strong wifi, /sound System, wrap around decks with water views/breezes, indoor and outdoor games, ETC. We are excited to hear our house meets and exceeds your needs. We like hearing the positive impact staying in a house has on your athletes while they compete in DE Turf Tournaments. Hello, Thank you for staying with us. We are excited your family reunion and birthday celebration went off without a hitch. It is impressive and a testament to you that family and friends came in from all over the USA map to celebrate with you (to name a few Washington state, New York, Vermont, Texas, etc.). We are happy you found our home clean, comfortable, stocked and well decorated. I am glad Bryan was able to trouble shoot (user error) the elevator at no additional charge. There were some clothes left in the dryer and we shipped them back to address provided. We are happy you were able to visit your Slaughter Beach and Milford roots. It is nice to know the town has not changed too much and you are correct our North Slaughter Beach offers quite while being central to all. You were amazing guests and I hope you enjoyed all our amenities, bikes, air hockey, pacman and card games (indoor and outdoor) and technology. We look forward to hosting you again. Garrett & Family - Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay in our home and you found the house and it's amenities to be comfortable and meet/exceed your needs. It is unfortunate that 'Mother Nature' has deposited Detritus at the end of our beach in a 2023, summer, storm. A transparent fact we discussed prior to your arrival. The good thing is our Detritus relocation is being discussed by DNREC - Delaware Natural Resources and Environmental Control as a much needed product to stabilize the local Marsh areas. Which means it would benefit many relocated and the sandy beach will be at the end of our street again. Only a short walking distance to the end of the street where access is maintained open. However, the Bay Avenue Beach Pavilion does offer bathrooms, shower and shelter from the sun, so I can see where that too would be a draw when you are a beach going family. We were excited to hear from you, your daughter learned to ride one of our bikes without training wheels on our quite street and your son enjoyed his adventures. It is unfortunate, the unpredictable nature of the recent storm brought in detritus to our beach to rest. However, I’m glad you were able to take the quick skip down the street to enjoy the sand and surf. It is exciting to hear you were also able to enjoy the local cuisine. Fantastic News that your Lacrosse players tournament was a huge success. I’m sorry to hear this will be your seniors last DE turf tournament but I’m glad our house helped make it a memorable trip. Matt, Thank you for staying at our home as you participated in DE Turf Tournament. I was excited to hear you were able to golf at Rookery Club and visit Rehoboth. The beach is at the end of our street, I walked it and flipped Horseshoe Crabs this season. However, a recent, violent, storm washed out some sand brought in detritus to rest on the beach. After the recent storm the temperatures dropped, bay winds arrived and bugs subsided. I am delighted you enjoyed our house, we designed the open concept kitchen with the large island facing the windows. The multi level decks are my favorite spots to rest, relax and recharge. I am glad you had time to take in the views. Next time you will need to try the firepit and make smores. We wish you and your family the best. - Emily

Your review confirmed what we believed. Our beach house “could not be more perfect” to DE Turf as well as surrounding town’s local activities.
