The kitchen could have been stock better as in coffee,creamer,sugar,can opener,cutting board, dish towels,sponges. Other than that it was very nice

Neat and affordable

Great for our needs to stay near family at an affordable price. The kitchen set up was very basic but the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice.

Nice stay. Air conditioning had a problem freezing up, but it was fixed while we were out. Communication could have been a little better, but very reasonably priced. Overall, the place was fine.

Excellent experience!

We came to Huntsville for our Granddaughter’s soccer tournament. The condo was perfect for our needs. The host, Isiah was very accommodating to our needs, since the length of our stay was depending on our wins in the tournament. If we ever return to Huntsville, we will definitely stay at this condo. We highly recommend it!

Most accommodating ever!

Isiah was the Absolute Best and most accommodating renter ever. We had to come down here for an emergency situation and he was so kind! Communication was top notch. He even called a couple times to get me information I needed. Some of our family members will be making a trip down here soon and they are hoping that one of Isiah’s properties will be available. Thank you so much Isiah for helping to make this part of our trip stress free! You are so appreciated!

Christmas 2023

Stayed in Madison a couple of days to visit with family for Christmas. The rental was very spacious for 3 adults, but there wasn’t a good place to walk our dogs. Overall, a very nice place in a great area. We would stay again.

Needs some TLC

Good location but the place needed a deep cleaning. Laundry left in wash machine. Papers and lighter under bed . Password to bedroom tv did not work and did not get a response to fix. The chair on outside patio was broken. This place needs some TLC.

Pet friendly

Beautiful, well-maintained residential neighborhood. This two BR, two bathroom unit was bare bones in furnishings and quality of furnishings. The bathrooms were well supplied with towels, had toiletries (left from previous guests, but that is okay). The kitchen was minimally supplied (as I expected from prior review, but countertops were not well cleaned and cabinet that held glasses was coated with sticky, oily material-so definitely did not use the glasses. I did appreciate a fridge and working ice maker. The AC wasn’t able to keep up with heat wave in Alabama that we experienced. The unit finally got cool in the late evening hours. Ceiling fans helped. I messaged Isaiah in advance of check in to ask about an early checkin-NEVER heard back. I called when I arrived at the duplex 10 minutes early from normal check-in because my access code was not working, I guess because it was 10 minutes early. There was also trash in the can by the front door that had not been picked up. He answered his phone and remotely enabled the lock, and said he would pick up the trash. Later I texted him about hot conditions in the unit, and my concern about the AC not keeping up with hot weather. He called me back directly, and because I was leaving the unit to visit family, I agreed to allow him access to check things out. I don’t know if he came, because he never contacted me with his assessment, and when we returned, place still hot. Patio chair had hole in seat-as mentioned in old review.

The house was clean and Isiah was great when we had problems with the door lock. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to any store. We will hope to stay there in the future.
