Welcome to the Midnight Blue Golf and Ski Lodge. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this ranch-style home with a finished basement boasts 2,400 square feet of comfort.

Step inside to discover an open concept main level with a vaulted ceiling, seamlessly transitioning between the Living Room, Dining Table, and fully equipped Kitchen - perfect for bonding with family and friends. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, including the Master bedroom, with its own private suite, featuring a jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after those long golf rounds or full ski days.

The finished lower level offers an additional hangout area for playing games like foosball, cards, classic board games, or just relaxing and watching movies. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the lower level.

Head outside to be surrounded by the majestic tall pines around the home. You can relax on the deck patio furniture or grill up some dinner, enjoy the warmth of a campfire at the bonfire area, or set up the corn hole boards (stored in the garage) for some competition.

Guests have access to the outdoor (seasonal) and indoor pool and hot tub at The Lakeview Hotel and the indoor pool and hot tub at The Lodge of Schuss Village with pool keycard provided.

A short 10-minute drive away is downtown Bellaire, offering plenty of local bars and restaurants, most notably Short's Brewing Company.
