For your convenience and comfort, this air conditioned unit has an open floor plan with a queen size bed, futon sofa that converts to a full size bed & a twin size mattress for the 4th person upon booking 4 guests, flat screen TV, a pull out sleeper sofa and a coffee table. The lanai comes with 2 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and basic cooking utensils. Free wireless high-speed INTERNET and cable TV.
Beach essentials include two beach chairs.
Hotel amenities include the aforementioned swimming pool and BBQ/sundeck area, along with a fitness room and a spa offering a variety of massages, facial treatments and nail services. Restaurant, ATM, 2 snack machines (paid), 2 ice machine (free) a comfortable lobby area and coin operated laundromat.
The lobby is open 24/7.
Check in: after 3:00 PM An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. If you wish to check in before 3pm a fee of $25 will be charged for each hour. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking out the same day you check in). An earlier check-in than 10:00 am would require and additional night to be booked.
Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please put both key cards in the lock box ) A later check-out can possibly be arranged. If you wish to extend your stay after 11am a fee of $25 will be charged for each hour. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking in the same day you check out). A later checkout time than 3:00 pm would require an additional night to be booked.

PARKING: There is optional parking in the hotel for an additional $35 per day depending on availability. Payable directly to the hotel. First come, first served, parking cannot be reserved (Check with the front desk after you arrive)
Street parking available around the property (free or coin-operated)
You can also Goo gl free & cheap parking in Waikiki.
Parking around the Zoo is free.
The Waikiki Banyan has parking for a fee.
International market place has parking for a fee.
The zoo parking lot is $1.50 an hour & you can park over night as well.
If you only want to spend time in Waikiki, you can survive without a car.
Everything is in walking distance. If you wish to explore further, you may want to consider Shuttle rides, UBER or getting a rental car.
CHECKOUT CLEANING: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide coffee, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
LINENS & TOWELS: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the dresser.
Other things to note Note: Our unit is a Transient Vacation Unit located in the Resort Zone, so we can continue to host legally under the new law
The total charge includes the Hawaii general excise tax (4.5% on Oahu) and transient accommodations tax (10.25% statewide).
SMOKING: No Smoking. No drugs.
PETS: No Pets
CHECKOUT: please check out by 11 am at the latest.
Noise: Please keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am.

My elderly mom and I are extremely satisfied with our stay here. The apartment is in a great location easily accessible to food, shopping, and Waikiki Beach. It was privately owned so we didn't have to deal with lines or checking in or out. And the property manager is so attentive and caring, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Great Location!
The location is amazing, you are near so many things including a Target that you can buy things you need, groceries, etc and we walked everywhere. The place was clean when we checked in and communication with Roy was great from the time of booking throughout our stay. The reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is for reasons he cannot control but are things I would have wished I knew before booking. The windows in the whole building (not just this unit) are all glass shutters and they don't block out ANY noise. You can hear everything all day/night. There is a window unit (which I get most tropical places just have) that is almost on the ground and the couch blocks alot so the room was never as cool as we needed it so were very hot at night. The community laundry only has 4 washers and 4 dryers in the whole complex so I could never get my hands on an empty one. These were the only downfalls to this stay and again nothing that could be taken care of because it's just the building. If you are a heavy sleeper, don't need your place very cool and laundry isn't an issue then disgread what I wrote about!! I traveled with a 5yr so some of those things were important. The place is amazing though for the price and location!
