Enjoy the comforts of our spacious living room and the breathtaking view of our historic courthouse. As you explore the town of Waxahachie, you'll be transported back in time, from the architecture of the historic Gingerbread style homes to the beautiful crepe myrtle trees, abundant folklore, and friendly locals. You will access to the entire space. The only rooms locked will be the cleaning and HVAC closet. Loft is straight across from World Famous Courthouse! Walkable to restaurants, breweries, arcades, shopping, antique shops, and restored Texas Theater. Parking is free and first come first serve. Please honor city parking signs.

Nicest and cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. This place is PERFECT!!!!! Attention to detail was immaculate. We will definitely be back soon. My wife wanted to stay a few more days. Location was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Absolutely recommend!!! In a 5 star rating this is a 7!

This condominium is a gem! Incredible location- central, quiet, spacious and clean. We were filming nearby and this was such a Godsend in comfort, convenience and appointment. The condo is well stocked and supplied. We were so happy to have laundry and a kitchen for meals. The town is as cute as a button. We ate out twice and the food was delicious. The coffee maker and supplied K-cups were clutch! Great place- delightful stay.

Adorable loft apartment with incredible views!

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable loft apartment in downtown Waxahachie! The apartment was clean and decorated very beautifully. The host provided everything that we could possibly need so our stay was very comfortable. A plus is the wonderful coffee shop directly next door! We were within walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants!

Girl ( 60+) Friends whom have been friends since high school love to travel together .

This Loft is beautifully decorated , very clean and comfortable and frankly, just perfect ! We love the very close walk to most everything and we loved the shopping and Restaurants in this lovely small town . Definitely check out the exquisite “ Prime 115 “ for dinner.

Beautiful spacious clean apartment right on the square in downtown Waxahachie! The host was so helpful for our entire stay, replacing our tv remote within minutes of texting her about it. A few hours after we checked out, I realized I left a very sentimental and expensive necklace. She let us back in to the apartment, but we didn’t find it and the place had already been cleaned. So she checked with her cleaning service and they had found it and put it safely in the locked cleaning supply closet. The service was there within minutes to give me my necklace back!! So relieved and happy! I highly highly recommend the beautiful place!!
