Great location

The place was bright as advertised. For our trip the location was great we were within a half hour drive for everything on my to-do list. Neighbourhood was quiet and the host was very quick to respond. I would stay there again

Excellent stay and would definitely rent again. The unit is comfortable, cozy, and includes all essentials. The neighborhood is safe and close to everything. The beds are comfortable and the owner is very kind. We had an issue with the crib and she brought us a brand new crib within 30 minutes!! You should book this unit.

Perfectly Cozy and Hassle-Free Stay in Vancouver

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and welcoming home in Vancouver. Everything was exactly as described, and we didn’t run into a single issue during our visit. The space felt safe, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Silena, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Half an hour after check-in time was supposed to be , I still have not received check-in info. I reached out twice to the host- managed to get in touch with her & she informed me that we had been double booked and the rental had gone to the other party. I was stuck in Vancouver on Thanksgiving weekend already the evening, and no place to stay. VRBO refunded my money, but it would not arrive in my account for 3 to 5 days. Luckily a friend came to my rescue otherwise I probably would’ve had to sleep in my car. Also

Cozy space

Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We met up with our grown kids for family vacation. Kitchen has everything we needed. The yard was nice for letting the dog out on supervised potty breaks. Would consider booking again if we meet up in the area in the future.

Easy access to major routes to get around the city. Sadly, the neighbour smoking meant we had to keep windows closed during the heatwave.

Good location, quiet neighborhood

Although we had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs, the place was good. The kitchen had more amenities than we had time to use, including coffee filters, sugar, great refrigerator with ice, and just about anything we needed. Initially, there was a problem with a TV which we finally fixed by rebooting the router. As we have found other places, blackout curtains are not a thing in any place we have stayed. For seniors, the beds were very low and the bathtub was very high to get into. Our group of five enjoyed our stay and the responses from the host were very helpful.

Great stay in Vancouver outside of downtown

Had a great stay at this property! The host Selina was so attentive she answered my questions and helped us at (literally) all hours of the day and night if we needed something.Two things to know; not negatives but just realities. The unit is the second floor of a house that has been divided into two apartments essentially. The stairs up to the second floor have solid handrails on them and are perfectly safe, but for Americans visiting they may find they are steeper or a touch narrower than is allowed in the US generally. If you have significant mobility concerns this may not be your best option.Also, being mindful of the downstairs unit and the neighborhood in general I wouldn’t rent this unit to be a party house for a bunch of young adults looking to throw ragers every night. It’s in a lovely, quiet part of the city so if you wanna go wild every night just rent a room downtown.For families looking for a nice, safe, clean and quiet place to recharge and go see Vancouver this was amazing! Obviously if traveling with kids be mindful of the stairs but there’s stairs everywhere anyways so hardly a negative.10/10 would rent this again next time my family and I come through Vancouver! Quick side note; in searching this location you’ll see it’s near Hastings Ave, and searching Hastings Ave Vancouver will have you running for the hills. Hastings Ave is over 14.3KM or 8 plus MILES long. The areas of Hastings that are sketchy are in and around downtown not near here

Easy and clean

Great location, clean and comfy house. Fantastic to have access to the laundry! Easy communication with owner! A few toys for kids were especially appreciated by my 6 year old!
