You can experience all the island has to offer with ocean breezes, waterway views, and a private and fenced oasis in the backyard. Complete with a private swimming pool (open Easter through October), tiki bar, gas grill, lots of room to play, and a hot tub for those chillier days and nights.

Inside this Hobbs Smart Home, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an inverted floor plan, lots of natural light, and lots of space to relax. The primary bedroom is spacious and private with an extra sunroom area to unwind. The kitchen (includes CrockPot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and food processor), living room, and dining area are on the top floor to maximize the views of the island. Enjoy preparing your favorite seafood meal or order Door Dash and watch a movie on the large flat-screen living room TV. Occupancy is limited to 12.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
