Enjoy a 3BR/3BA updated coastal condo just 6 miles from Holden Beach, featuring elevator access, covered parking, community pool & fishing pier, plus amazing sunsets from the covered back porch. Queen Bedroom with ensuite bath with shower, vanity with quartz top. 2 twin beds with ensuite bath with tub/shower. Down the hallway, you will find a separate laundry room equipped with full size washer/dryer. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped & offers GE Cafe appliances, quartz countertops & backsplash, apron front sink in the island that offers 3 barstools. Separate dining area will be perfect to enjoy your meals and talk about your day at the pool or beach. Relax in the living room and enjoy movie night on the 70" smart TV. The primary suite offers a king bed and a custom tile shower, double sinks in vanity with quartz tops. Step out on the back porch & lounge in the polywood furniture with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Watch the boats go by or you may even see dolphin playing in the ICW. The marsh views are amazing and also the view of the ocean is pretty incredible especially at sunset. You won't get wet even on the rainy days with parking under the building. Take the elevator up to the top floor and start enjoying an affordable vacation.

The condo was very clean and beautiful ! The property was so laid back and quiet. The pool was very refreshing and the fireworks were awesome! Our host was very accessible to contact , we definitely will be back and recommend this property .

We absolutely loved this property and its location. The host was exceptionally accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the furnishings were far above what you would typically expect in a rental. Highly recommend!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and seemed like everything was newly remodeled and new! Check in was very easy! Just a quick call from host Denise on check in day to provide the gate and door code and no hassle dealing with having to worry with picking up keys or pool passes at a different location. This condo is large with plenty of room for the whole family with 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds and furniture were comfy and had TV's in every bedroom. The view is the best in the whole building with top floor spectacular views of the Intercoastal waterway and distance peek of the ocean. The condo is nestled at the back of a gated community on a beautiful property where we often encountered deer on the property. We enjoyed feeding the koi fish with the help of a regular resident in the building. The other residents in the building we encountered were all friendly and nice. The pool is beautiful and has spectacular views of the ICW. We loved how the building is small and never seemed crowded or had any trouble with parking. The condo is about a 10-15 minute drive from Holden Beach. This place is truly a gem! My older parents and my two teenagers absolutely loved this property and all the room and convenience. This was by far the best place we have stayed in all our vacations and will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

We Love going to Holden Beach & we live close by. We bought this condo and completely updated it. Sitting on the back porch was our favorite thing to do. The sunsets are breathtaking! Watching the boats is another favorite & occasionally we will see dolphins. We wanted to let others come & experience all of this but at an affordable price plus it's only 6 miles from Holden Beach!
