Spectacular views, soothing sound of the ocean, and terrific firm-but-soft king mattress were stand-out features. Ideal for up to 4 people; more than that felt a bit cramped. Location is good. Adequate covered parking is an advantage.

The apt is very nice with an amazing view. You can see surfers every morning while eating breakfast. The apt itself is very nice and was perfectly clean. The owners have plenty of beach items along with snorkeling gear. There is a very good sushi place in the complex along with a little farmers market within walking distance next door. Overall I would recommend this place. We were family of 6 and were comfortable

We left our heart in Kona! You will not find a more beautiful balcony view. Cozy, quiet condo. Clean. Awesome host that sent all sorts of helpful travel tips beforehand. Delicious food in walking distance. 10 minutes from Walmart for forgotten essentials. Loved our stay!

Great property with amazing views. Stocked with all the beach amenities our family needed for our vacation. Close to town and awesome beaches. Family enjoyed watching the crashing waves, and exploring the tide pool in front of the unit. Excellent communication with the owner. Would love to stay here again the next time we are back in Kona!

We had the best time here! The lanai is fabulous! We saw about 9 whales and 14 bottle nosed dolphins one morning. Lots of surfers out there too. The amenities were so appreciated. We used the beach chairs, cooler and ice packs every day. The location is great. The bed is comfortable too! Communication was great. Thank you for all the notes and suggestions. Loved this place!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The unit was well appointed and in a great location. It was amazing to just be able to step into the balcony and see the tropical fishes in the water below. The unit came with everything you could need for a day out at the beach and we made use of the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. Also, the host did a great job at providing instructions and following up to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in Kona.

Relaxing stay

We have stayed on this property before in other condos, but this one was the best! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable along with the furniture and you can’t beat the view! Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. All of cabinets were well stocked with everything you would need, including beach supplies. Theres nothing better than waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean and watching surfers. Bonus: the poke place that is basically on property is very tasty!

Great place to stay!

The location of this unit is perfect for enjoying the ocean and the sunset. We left our slider open throughout our stay. I'm watching the surfers as I write this. I highly recommend!

Beachfront bliss

Really love the beach here at this condo. The water is kind of tough which makes for good surfing which we loved to watch.
