Gated entry/exit with code to make access to or from the beach. Car wash area and plenty of parking. Wi-fi and cable provided. Downstairs recreation room is beautiful addition with a pool table, ping pong, books, kitchen and bathrooms. There are also shuffleboard courts! New Smyrna is the perfect vacation spot or winter residence! Main bedroom has a king size adjustable bed, his/her closets and the master bath with plenty of room and shower stall. Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk in addition to the queen size bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 or 7 people. We love the easy access being able to park near and use the stairs to get to our condo!
