Condo was very nice, just as pictured. Very clean, plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Great location. We stayed here for the September Daytona race. Great location for that too! Just a very short drive. Would definitely stay again at this unit.

We had a great stay at the Pelican. Lots of places to eat, shop, and relax in the area. We could walk to Flagler and the beach and pool was great. We would stay there again in the future.

Great week at the beach

We enjoyed all that this condo had to offer: a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, a cooler for the beach, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 6 people. We loved the pool and beach access - the location was perfect for us, as well.

Overall a good spot with quick access to the beach and pool. It’s farther away from the bars/restaurants in the main part of NSB as we thought we could walk there (30 minute walk). Unit is a bit smaller than what appears in the photos for bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room area and patio are nice sized. It was very quiet and overall would recommend.

Good quiet area.

This place was quiet, clean and well kept. The management was easy to contact, quick to respond and super friendly. I would definitely try to book this place again next time we come down.
