Additionally, the rental includes the use of a 6-seat golf cart, providing you easy access to wherever you desire within t he resort and town.

All resort amenities , beach clubs and Punta Mita town are just a short ride in the golf cart provided with this rental.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

We would also like to inform all guests that, effective January 6, 2026, the Punta Mita Resort HOA has introduced a new Club Punta Mita Access Fee -

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
