Located in the secure, gated community of Punta del Burro, the villa overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches (with the famous Burros surf break) in Mexico. Situated just 60 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, 10 minutes from Punta de Mita, 20 minutes from Sayulita, and minutes from La Cruz; this is an an ideal location for enjoying the best that Bay of Banderas has to offer. Surf or relax on the beach...it's perfect.

At Casa Amigos, we try to remove as much of the hassle from traveling as possible. We can coordinate a car service to pick you up at the airport and take you back to the house. We take care of all the grocery shopping before you arrive so that everything is ready and waiting at the house when you get there. Imagine coming home after a long day of travel to an ice cold margarita with your favorite tequila, enjoying chips with fresh guacamole and salsa, and a beautiful sunset off the patio. That is exactly what we provide at Casa Amigos. To top it off, we have a Suburban to rent from the house ...hassle free and affordable. Not comfortable driving in Mexico? We can coordinate rides for you!

The home is very spacious and features seven bedrooms and six baths....five of which are king suites. It is a tri-level home with stairs. There is a private, state-of-the-art heated saltwater pool for your enjoyment and plenty of room to relax outside enjoying the weather and the view. The staff will work to make sure your stay at Casa Amigos goes off without a hitch. They will help out around the house and can serve you and your guests delicious meals Monday through Saturday, if you choose.

There are a variety of wonderful restaurants, markets, and fabulous beaches within a short drive if you feel like exploring. We have several Tommy Bahama backpack-style beach chairs and umbrellas that you can bring to and from the many beautiful beaches in the area or set them up and watch the surfers on the beach just below the house.

Bring the whole family! Casa Amigos is a great place for families. The house is equipped with two Pack n' Plays as well as 2 car seats, a high chair, and a table booster seat. Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful pool, come to ride the epic waves, or relax and play with the kids on our private beach, Casa Amigos is a magical place.

For your planning…
We recommend each guest contribute $15 USD per day to the staff for gratuity, assuming they are highly satisfied with the services.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. More often than not, we are able to accommodate earlier arrivals and later departures, free of charge. Please ask right away so we can let you know. The staff's day off is usually Sunday, but if your flight comes in or departs then, we can make arrangements for them to take another day.
-Our lovely community of Punta del Burro is always looking to maintain our neighborhood as well as improve it. Please be advised that we don’t always know when there might be construction projects going on.
-There are stairs down to our private beach
-Quiet hours start at 9pm
To simplify the experience, we have prepared a list of included, optional, and additional services offered by the staff. Please pay the staff directly for any additional services.

Included with rental:
- Welcome to Casa Amigos… margaritas and snacks upon arrival
- Coordination of transportation back to the house and option to rent our suburban
- Daily cleaning of all common areas and restocking of bathrooms with water, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. - Grocery runs for arrival preparations and optional meal services
-Full-time staff (off on Sundays) to help with anything you need
-need reservations? Let us help… we can coordinate golf, dinner, massages, and more

***Groups of over 12 sometimes require additional fees- please inquire! ***

Optional services:
- Breakfast service (between 8:00am-10:00) is optional and guests pay grocery costs + $5/person cook fee.
- Dinner service (between 5:00pm-7:00pm) is optional and guests pay grocery costs + $10/person cook fee. *kids under 10 are half off
- Mid day margaritas and snacks optional $30-$50/fee plus groceries available on days there is no dinner service
