Well-equipped waterfront haven sleeps up to 6 on two levels next to freshwater Crystal Lake. With its enticing southern views over sparkling swimmable water, outdoor amenities include an enclosed shower, patio, propane BBQ, large sloping lawn, small sandy beach, new deck next to a vintage boathouse, three kayaks, a canoe, and a floating swim dock.
This home has a full-featured eat-in kitchen, living room, half-bathroom, and full-sized laundry machines on the ground floor, with two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The 55â QLED 4K smart TV with 3-channel soundbar on a full-motion mount lets you watch from the kitchen, living room, or patio. The queen-sized sleeper sofa is brand new, as are all furnishings, wall art, and the bottom-up/top-down honeycomb shades on all windows. Thereâs 300Mbps Xfinity wifi, plus Roku-equipped TVs in both bedrooms. Mini-split heating/AC lets you customize each roomâs climate. And the tankless water heater provides infinite hot water.
Located in a quiet part of Orleans at the north end of Crystal Lake, close to downtown, youâre 2 minutes from public tennis courts at Eldredge Park, 3 minutes to the 25-mile rail trail bike path, and 6 minutes to Nauset Beach on the ocean or Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay.
Thereâs a Super Stop & Shop 5 minutes north and a Shawâs supermarket 4 minutes west, along with numerous restaurants and coffeehouses, boating, watersports, and bike-rental stores, gyms, and pharmacies within a 3-minute drive. Snow Library, the Orleans Firebirdsâ baseball diamond, and the Academy Playhouse are all a 2-minute drive away.
The kitchen features a gas oven/range, microwave oven, dishwasher, freezer-on-the-bottom fridge, French press and flex-brew coffeemakers (with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar), Ninja blender, toaster, filtered-water pitchers (2), complete BBQ set, box full of bug sprays, sunscreens, and aloe, full set of pots and pans (including a lobster pot), flatware, Corell dinnerware, and glassware (mugs, juice glasses, iced-tea glasses, stemless wine glasses, tumblers, and picnic cups) for 6. There are folding trays when it's time to move to the living room or paved, umbrella-shaded patio.
On arrival, park in one of the two spaces marked ''Unit 1'' and walk down a short path (lined with motion-sensitive LED lights) past a neighborâs garage and down 7 steps toward the lake. The home isnât visible from the road. Unit 1 (your destination) is part of a 4-unit condo association and shares a common wall with Unit 2 (on the far side). All occupants share the lawn, deck, watercraft, and swim dock.
This property has a 1-night minimum stay and a 30-night maximum stay. State and local short-term occupancy taxes totaling 14.45% apply to all reservations. A fully refundable $200 damage deposit applies to all bookings, and there's a $225 cleaning fee.

My family has spent summers in Orleans for 30 years, first renting on Meg's Lane (east of the Pond Road property and also right on Crystal Lake) then owning in the Grandview neighborhood. I love sharing the beauty and tranquility of the Cape with visitors seeking quiet recreation and family bonding experiences with upscale accommodation.

This property is very close to downtown Orleans' many amenities, but it's also in a quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of year-round residents. And it's located right on Crystal Lake, with its clear, swimmable water, sandy beach, privacy, and natural peacefulness. Truly hard to beat.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Compact comfort at a competitive price. Most Crystal Lake properties lack lawns or usable open space, and very few face south (making them much sunnier). This property has all three. It also has unusual amenities such as watercraft (3 kayaks and a canoe), a brand new deck right on the water, and a swim dock. The views alone are consistent with much more expensive properties.
