Cette maison de campagne parfaite a été récemment rénovée et comprend tous les éléments essentiels pour passer de bonnes vacances à deux pas de la magnifique ville de Rock Harbor et de la plage Skaket, idéale pour les enfants, à Orléans! Cette maison est idéale pour les couples à la recherche d'une escapade romantique ou pour une famille de quatre personnes à la recherche de belles vacances à la plage. Il dispose d'une belle et grande chambre principale, d'une chambre avec lits superposés avec voûtes, d'une salle de bain rénovée ressemblant à un spa, d'une cuisine / salle à manger ensoleillée avec de nouveaux appareils, d'un salon confortable et d'un porche nouvellement ajouté. Grande cour avec de magnifiques hortensias en fleurs et un espace pour les enfants, y compris un petit cottage de maison de poupée d'une pièce. Détendez-vous dans le salon confortable et ensoleillé avec Netflix et d'autres options vidéo à la demande sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat. La maison a la climatisation centrale et un gril à gaz extérieur. Wonderful, cozy "home away from home"

Very clean, beds comfy, lots of space in kitchen and living room, large washer and dryer, very responsive property manager, great location (near stores, bay beach, bike trail). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House for a Family!

This was our second year in a row returning to this wonderful property and community. Again the home was tidy, well-stocked for a great week, and comfortable for our family. Del Mar is an excellent host and responsive if you need to connect with them. Couldn't recommend enough staying at this beautiful home in Orleans!

Lovely, bright & airy cottage!

We had a great stay here with our 2 year old daughter! The cottage was clean, well-lighted and comfortable. We enjoyed lounging in the backyard and seeing bunnies pass through the grounds. (One note to management, the towel rack in the bathroom is loose and the bars fells down when we tried to use it.) Would definitely stay here again!

Late September Stay

I spent the weekend here with my husband and 16 year old daughter. This spot was perfect for us. We were so pleased to find it utterly spotless and exactly as described. In addition, we loved the location - and biked into Orleans Center a couple of times. If our stay had been longer we would have been on our bikes heading in all sorts of directions: Rock Harbor & Skaket. We would happily return! Thanks!

Great house for a family of 4

This house is in a great location and perfect for a family of four or five. Convenient to beach, town and rail trail. The yard, patio and grill were beautifully maintained. The only small issue we had was that there were no shades on the windows above the bed in the master bedroom which made for an early wake up! The property managers quickly and amiably dealt with the problem we had with using the infinity TV. But some people would probably be able to trouble shoot that on their own. Overall we would highly recommend this rental.

beautiful home great location

we have stayed at this house for several years and it is among our favorites on the cape. It is clean, bright, and has a great open layout. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed. the location is the best, centrally located in Orleans, literally a minute from rail trail on bike, and with quick access to both ocean and bay side beaches. in short we love it.

Best Spot Ever

We fell in love with this place! The property is amazing. So gorgeous! The landscaping is perfection. The inside is adorable! We had the dreamiest week visiting all of the different beaches along the coast. The National Seashore was amazing to enjoy with kids. We will definitely be back!! Thank you to the owner for providing such a wonderful place to stay! We truly treasured it!!

Great quick getaway stay!

Our stay at this home was great. The property is exactly like it is pictured. The accommodations are simple, no frills (which is great for have two small children), but very clean. The master bed was also extremely comfortable. We only had two snafus while staying at this home (the air conditioning Nest system and the smart lock getting in), but management was quick to address and fix the Nest system. My reason for the 4 star for check in was that the smart lock was tricky to open, so every time we would try to get in the house it would take 4-5 times to open (which can be hard with young children). The location was also great - a quick drive to town and Skaket Beach. We would consider staying here again!

The Perfect Beach House!

Our stay here was everything we hoped it would be! The accommodations are exactly as pictured - clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well taken care of by the property owners. We enjoyed Skaket Beach and Nauset Beach, both within a short drive. The location is located very close to wonderful restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We hope to be back for multiple summers!
