[Location]
No need to worry about winding mountain roads – the road to Sasquatch Getaway is flat, fully paved, and hassle-free. Enjoy easy access to the area's attractions:

[Firepit]
Indulge in evenings of storytelling and marshmallow roasting around the wood firepit under the starlit skies. Solar lights add a warm glow to the ambiance, and ample seating ensures everyone can unwind and share in the joy of the crackling flames. While firewood isn't provided, you can easily find it at local grocery stores.

[Outdoor Projector]
Enjoy the use of a Wi-Fi enabled projector located inside the property.
We have provided an inflatable screen including the electric pump in a bin by the backyard.

[Main Level]
On the main level, the cozy living room welcomes you with an inviting fireplace, setting the tone for relaxation. A King bedroom and a full bathroom offer convenient accommodations, while the well-equipped kitchen beckons you to prepare delicious meals. Step out onto the patio, where the hot tub awaits, offering a soothing soak amidst the mountain air. For your convenience, laundry facilities and board games are also at your disposal.

Ascend to the upper level where four more bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, providing ample space for your entire group to unwind in comfort.

[Hot Tub]
Rejuvenate in the hot tub on the back deck, a perfect way to unwind after days of exploration. Rest assured, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled with fresh water after each guest. Bromine tablets maintain water clarity. Please note that due to this maintenance process, the hot tub might not be fully heated upon your arrival.

Sleeps up to 10 guests across its five thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. Choose from 3 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 bunkroom. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV, dresser, and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity not working as intended, then we need to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children. If not then please book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS won't be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities for full prosecution

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control.
➣You might lose cell service. Please print directions & instructions ahead of time.
➣You are in the woods and will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 2 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
