Thank you for your review. We have used VRBO for a number of years now, as a host and a guest. As a guest, we find it helpful to review the photos, property description and amenities section. That lets the guest know exactly what is included and what is not. As a host, we take great efforts to accurately represent the property, with photos, an honest property description and also an accurate listing of amenities, which we have. We really wished that you would have done your research, instead of blindly booking and giving us a poor review. Since there is only one HVAC unit for the whole home, there is only one thermostat. We did adjust the vents in the other areas of the home to make your stay more pleasurable. And you are partly correct, this is like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. But we do have a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, for guest use. We are in the deep South, if you had wanted breakfast, you would have been more than welcome to set at our table and have breakfast with us. As a note, we usually only offer the room in our home for the races here in Talladega. You caught the room before we could block the dates, but we afforded the visit, as you mentioned that your grandchildren were in a ball tournament and you wanted to surprise them with your attendance.
