Wonderful location

Excellent quiet location. Great screened in back porch and deck with a grill which we used. Met all of our needs. Would stay again.

Beautiful place

We visited for a work trip in the area and this home was the quietest place we have ever stayed. Children had a blast. Home owner have a farm and is doing amazing things for the community.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay here and Patience was a gem! Plenty of space for our group of 6. The only thing that came up as an issue was the TV upstairs did not work and the home could probably use some updating but we would for sure stay again.

Family Fun

This is an amazing property. Plenty of room for our big family. Love the charm of farmhouse
 Came in for a work trip with the whole family, everyone enjoyed their time! Only thing is mentions hot tub and there is not one.. kinda sad but would definitely come back! Would suggest coffee maker for next folks

Ashland Stay

Overall this was a beautiful home and Patience is a responsive owner. However, I felt the kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner on arrival and that detracted from the rest of the home that was very nice. Patience is a lively host who responded quickly to an AC issue and I appreciated that.

Quiet neighborhood

The house was a great size for a large family. The neighborhood is quiet. The property is private and surrounded by woods. The house was clean upon our arrival. The owner was excellent with communication with us. The cons were that many lightbulbs did not work. The master bedroom bathroom door did not close. The master bathroom shower was broken.

Thank you for providing effective communication. We sincerely appreciate you leaving the games for us to play. Your generosity towards your property and the grounds. Driving up to the garden and stepping into the home we felt the love. Thanks for opening your door to my family. If you’re looking for an intimate space around 20-30 minutes from the busy city book this location.

Misleading

My stay was short, we checked in on Thanksgiving, Upon arrival there was trash all around the back of house. Entering the property, on surface looks clean but was filthy walls doors bathroom we decided to clean it since we were so far away from home but the mattress was nasty and awful we decided to leave early also the neighbors were shooting in the air
