This spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath (2000 sf), waterfront beach home is perfect for family beach fun or your next relaxing getaway. Three bedrooms have Queen size beds, one bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds, and there are 2 inflatable queen size mattresses. Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom or backyard and walk two minutes to white sandy beaches (with public access) for magnificent sunset views. Located in the heart of Madeira beach, you can walk a short distance to local coffee shops, Caddy's beachfront dining or Cambria rooftop bar for drinks, live music, and awesome beach views. Experience John's Pass, which is less than a mile away, to shop, enjoy the local Mad beach brewery, smoke a Cuban cigar, or grab an ice cream while you stroll the boardwalk. There is a beach trolley that will take you to Clearwater, Treasure Island or St. Pete Beach as well free golf cart shuttles. Fish from the dock, walk to the beach, ride a bike, kayak, or just relax with a cold drink in the backyard hammock. This house and location is perfect for your next Florida beach vacation and has something for everyone. WHAT’S PROVIDED: We provide initial essentials for your first few days, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and detergent. Clean towels and linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer on the premises. If your stay is longer, you will need to restock supplies and wash linens. There is a CVS and Winn Dixie less than a mile away.
CHECK-INS: At booking, you will be required to sign a waiver and pay a REFUNDABLE security deposit. All check-ins are a self-check-in process enabling you to arrive at the time that’s most convenient for you and your party. You will receive the door code the day of your arrival through VRBO messaging. EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival. CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 11 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Late Check-out for a fee may be available, but we cannot guarantee it until your stay is booked. TRANSPORTATION: By Vehicle: This property is a double-lot and can accommodate 5 vehicles in the front paved driveway. This is the maximum number of vehicles allowed. Trolley: The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south), and stops at specially marked “Trolley Stop” locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. The regular cash fair is only $2.25 and children five years old or younger ride for free with an adult. Visitors also may purchase unlimited ride fares for either three, seven, or 31 days for between $18 and $70. Download Flamingo (to pre-pay) and Transit (to map destinations). Ride-sharing Services: Our own local Big Willie’s Tiki Taxi can take you and friends to neighborhood restaurants and bars for $5.00 each. Companies like Uber and Lyft, which use smartphone apps to match passengers with nearby independent drivers, operate throughout the region. Drop-off and pick-up spots are based on your location. Other Things to Note: Host will send check-in details the day of your arrival. It will be a self-check in process. Check in is any time after 4pm EST and check out is any time before 11am. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through VRBO messaging.
