3 bedroom open concept penthouse, 2100 square feet of indoor penthouse living space, 2.5 baths, 1000 square foot deck with panoramic view of beach, bay and city.

Spacious master suite with private balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay, king bed, walk in closet and flat screen television. Large bathroom in master bedroom.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed, television and private full bath.

3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and television.

Open concept living room/kitchen has bar seating as well as breakfast table and separate dinner table, queen sleeper sofa in living room

Since there aren’t any public parking lots nearby, this stretch of shoreline tends to stay wonderfully quiet and uncrowded—one of our guests’ favorite hidden perks. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun, listen to the waves, and enjoy a peaceful beach day without the usual crowds.

The property was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Our host provided excellent written details/instructions about the property and the area, which took out all the guess work and enabled us to thoroughly enjoy our holiday from start to finish. The property was located within walking distance to the beach (directly across the street) and within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. This was our first experience renting a home away from home and it was an awesome experience.

Absolutely gorgeous condo. It's spacious and spotless. The views are stunning. The roof top deck is enormous, and the TV in the main room is gigantic. Great for football games! The pool is located directly below with beach access directly across from the condo. There is also a cafe on the bottom floor of the complex that is exceptional. My family is looking forward to returning.

The condo was extremely roomie. We all had an enjoyable time. There were some things that I spoke with the owner about afterwards. Vent in half bath really needed cleaned, master closet was littered with stuff, chairs, too many random hangers, could have been a little more organized. There aren’t any starters for shampoo, body wash, which is fine, just be sure to bring your own. There was a shared pantry, but it too needed some attention. The pool area had no umbrella and we had a person allergic to sun but can sit under an umbrella and the lounge chairs in the pool area could use an upgrade. All the “good” chairs were locked up (assume for owners).The location was great, no problem with parking. We did wander across the street to the gulf and beach. It was a great stay except for some of those things listed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse Condo on Madeira. It was comfortable and clean. The communication with the owner was top notch. We liked having easy access to the Beach but also liked sitting on the balcony and looking out over the bay side. We saw dolphins and manatees in just a couple days there. The pool was great as well. Great spaces for family activities. We would stay here again.

This condo is in such a great location, is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the VIEWS! My husband and I, my sister and a friend enjoyed just sitting on the wraparound deck and watching the ocean, the clouds and the birds. :) It was a perfect space for four of us. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. We had a delicious breakfast at the Corner Cafe downstairs, and enjoyed the pool as well. It’s close to John’s Pass, lots of restaurants, and a Publix is nearby. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Madeira Beach! Thank you!

Perfect location and amazing views!The beach is right across the street, St. John's pass just down the street. Just a short walk down the street is a cool shake shop called the Candy Kitchen I recommend taking a look.The views from the many balconies are so awesome! Truly beautiful.Plenty of space and the host was easily reachable.

Girls Trip Win

This was perfect for our group of perimenopausal moms! We had plenty of space to comfortably sit around and enjoy each others company, with an easy walk to the beach and so close to Caddy’s and The Candy Kitchen! Will definitely visit again!

Amazing for the extended family

We had the best time here with our extended family (4 adults/ 4 kids) over the 4th of July holiday weekend.The unit was clean, well stocked and very spacious. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The location was great as well. The beach was easy to access and we rode the trolley down to John's Pass several times. Parking was sufficient but did get busy in the mornings for the delicious breakfast at the cafe downstairs.The only reason I was tempted to not rate this a 5/5 would have been to selfishly keep this hidden gem a secret.We absolutely will be booking here again as soon as we get the chance.

Excellent for a family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family trip. The location was excellent very central to all of Madeira beach as well as the other St Pete and Clearwater beaches making it easy to get to different restaurants and locations around the area during our trip. The access to the beach was fantastic less than 5 minutes from doorstep to getting in the water. The condo itself was very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements we perfect for our family. The views from the deck/ balconies were also excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

Great place near beach

Great 3 bedroom unit on top floor across the street from the beach. Spacious unit with large master bedroom and comfortable beds. The unit could use a few updates, but there is a new refrigerator and comfortable leather couches. Nice view of the Gulf too.to.convenient to meant restaurants.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis Madreira Beach ans St. Petersburg

Fijn ruim appartement, penthouse op een perfecte locatie. Enorm balkon met prachtig uitzicht over het kanaal, de stad en ook het strand is te zien. De straat oversteken en je staat op het strand. Prachtige zonsondergangen op het strand. Neem een strandstoel, parasol, handdoek en koelbox mee, alles aanwezig in het huis. Perfect. De jongens hebben vis gevangen vanaf de steiger achter het appartement. Fort de Soto park is een aanrader, de mooiste stranden.Vanuit het appartement wandel je naar John's Pass. Walmart, supermarkten op korte rij-afstand. Aldus de perfecte uitvalsbasis. Goede en snelle communicatie met Jim. Wij zouden zo weer terugkomen.

Great Place in Great Location

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach property! The location couldn’t be better — it’s literally right across the road from the beach, so we were able to enjoy morning walks on the sand and breathtaking sunsets every evening without ever worrying about parking or long walks.The property itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The layout is spacious and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a relaxing coastal vibe throughout.Another huge plus was how close we were to great shopping and dining options. Best outdoor space!

The condo is a great space for a group. There were 6 of us on this girls trip. With a full kitchen and lots of space, we were able to make some meals on site so that we could talk and not be rushed. The star of this condo is the outdoor wrap around balcony. It has lots of updated furniture, is clean, and has stellar views. Would definitely come back!

Amazing place!

I wasn't so sure about having to cross a street to go to the beach, but it wasn't a problem at all. In fact, it was nice being on the side we were on when it came to going places - we were at a light/could easily pop onto the main road.The unit itself (and the views) were amazing! We are a family from Dayton, Ohio that absolutely love Madeira Beach, so we recently purchased this condo for our family to vacation. Since we obviously can't use it every week, we are hoping that other families are able to use it and enjoy it as much as we do!

We chose Madeira Beach because of the beautiful white sand beaches and the close proximity of John's Pass where you can enjoy anything from walking the boardwalk and shopping to enjoying a nice meal to taking advantage of the many water sports and activities that John's Pass offers

You will enjoy outstanding views from the living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom and of course on one of the 2 balconies. A private balcony is located off the master bedroom. In addition, there is a 1000 square foot deck with panoramic views of beach, bay and city. While your staying be sure to stop by John's Pass, eat at some of the best seafood restaurants and take some time to enjoy some of the amusement parks that are within 1-2 hours away.
