It’s a great place to stay—very quiet and safe, perfect for anyone looking for a secure area in Miami. The receptionist (I don’t remember her name) was extremely kind and very helpful, and I truly want to thank her for all her assistance. The place is very clean and beautiful, and the view from the balcony is absolutely lovely. I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful location. Next time, I will come back with my husband. Thank you so much Gus for a beautiful place

The room itself was okay — it was decent and met basic expectations, but nothing particularly stood out. Unfortunately, communication from the host was very lacking. I had difficulty getting responses before and during my stay, which made things more stressful than they needed to be. With better communication, the experience could have been much better overall.

A Nightmare…check in took over an hour. You can only contact the host through the app he doesn’t answer phone. Instructions for check in are not provided so make sure you email host 4 hours before arrival so you don’t have to wait for ever. His responses to your questions take a long time. I messaged for Che k out instructions at 7 am day of Che k out and no response by 9:45 am so I have no clue what I’m responsible for. No instructions on how to get into room and find FOB key. Cleanliness is very poor, no trash cans or trash bags provided, left over bar of soap left to wash from previous customer. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else. Noise level extreme!!!!

The room was beautiful. The property was very lovely. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and very large hot tub but wished it was open every day (they're doing construction on the buildings around the pool so it was only open for half of our stay). The directions for getting into the room were different than what was posted on VRBO and communications leading up to check in time were inconsistent but a very nice woman met us at check in time and it went smoothly from there. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable but we recommend inquiring if the bed was fixed before renting (missing screws to the legs of the bed). The location couldn't have been better. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great property & location. But communication with property managers was not smooth at all. Documentation being requested to provide details of how to get in should have been outlined ahead of time instead of hours before the check-in when you can easily miss the communication while travelling. Cheaper parking is also available around the building. The building itself has some of the highest parking prices around.
