Your family will be content when you stay at this centrally-located home in the Quad Cities. Our home is well appointed and spacious. You will be impressed by its cleanliness and the attention to detail allowing guests to feel right at home. The location is perfect given its close proximity to so many venues including the TBK Bank Sports Complex, John Deere Company, Kraft Foods, Rock Island Arsenal, Vibrant Arena and TPC Deere Run.

This Bettendorf home is a ranch with an open concept. The kitchen is well stocked in order for you to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy a coffee or an espresso at anytime by frequenting the coffee bar in the kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed while the master bedroom has a king bed and a TV. You will find plenty of closet space in both rooms. The four seasons room is where you will sink in to relax. There is a modular sleeper sofa that serves as an additional sleep space. There is a wall mounted TV with several streaming apps for your viewing pleasure. It is a comfortable space to retire for the night.

Guests will have access to the garage and the entire house except for the basement, which is used for homeowner's storage. Keyless entry allows for safe, easy and convenient access.

This place is awesome and looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. It had everything we could have needed. Super clean and great amenities. It made for such a comfortable weekend. We will stay here anytime we are in the QC from now on. Host was great to work with. We are kind of picky and this place is perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our Family

We were visiting for my son’s basketball tournament and could not have been happier. The home was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. 5 minutes from anything else we needed (restaurants, grocery, etc.). Definitely recommend.

House was perfect!

House was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 traveling to the river. It was clean, felt like home, safe neighborhood and fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. Property manager was awesome with communicating and easy access with no issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great Property

Could not have felt more like guests! House was perfect. Comfortable beds, well decorated, enjoyed the large space to relax at end of day enjoying the area. Communication with host was prompt and professional. Best experiance we have had renting a property. Can not imagine a more perfect place for our needs.

Wonderful House

This house was amazing and one of the best houses we have stayed in. There is plenty of room, and the house was in such great shape you felt like you were staying in a brand new house that had never been used before. Everything had the appearance of being brand new. Having use of the garage was a big plus as it made it easy to unload and load the car. The house was located in a very nice subdivision close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Needless to say we would definitely stay here again if we were ever to come back to this area!

Family Visit

My husband, daughter & I visited our son & daughter in law with newborn twins over Easter weekend. They came to us when it worked best, which was most of each day. This home was the perfect environment for us to cook, grill, and relax. It was a quiet and cozy get away for all. In addition to the aesthetically pleasing decor, open floor plan, high quality linens-appliances-furniture-kitchenware, the home was inviting you to relax and feel at ease from the moment we arrived. We were so pleasantly surprised by the coffee & laundry pods, cooking oil & spices, & fabulous attention to detail provided that made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Our host pleasantly responded to every inquiry within 5 mins. This rental is a true gem. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Lovely Modern Home with large bright spaces. It is clear that a lot of thought went into making sure this Home feels welcoming and comfortable from the moment you step through the door. Snow & Ice were cleared from the driveway & front walk, chilled glasses in the freezer & water bottles in the fridge, sweet & salty snacks on the counter & in the fridge, fully stocked coffee & espresso bars, QR codes in frames in each room to outline the amenities. Unique and cool design elements throughout the home also indicative of the care that went into the style for the home including recessed ceilings with lighting options, a 2-sided fireplace that offers light & heat to the family room & sunroom (with a wall-mounted on-off switch for ease-of-use), and a super cool giant hidden pantry room just behind the kitchen (doorway looks like a pantry cupboard at first glance but is actually an entrance to the whole room-inspired us to try to build one at our home someday!) Bed was SUPER comfy and whole house was supremely clean. Hostess was professional & welcoming, prompt with communication, & proactive in reaching out prior to/after checkin and checkout to ensure all aspects of our stay went smoothly. Close drive (5-10min) to Grocery/Pharmacy/Gym/Coffee Shops. We were so impressed by the caliber of the home, location, & property managers that within 24hr of checkin we booked another extended stay for when we return to the area to visit family later in the year. Highly Recommend!! :-)

We own and operate restaurants in the food industry and enjoy cooking ourselves but also love great dining experiences in restaurants. Our hosting desire comes from our love of hosting others in our home. We enjoy preparing good food, sipping on cocktails, and surrounding ourselves with great company.

The interest in sharing our home is due to our own travel experiences. We enjoy the comforts of staying in a well maintained home where we can feel relaxed after a full day of activites.
