Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. New construction, built in 2022 and never lived in. "House of Guitars" is just that. Everything you need to jam out whenever you choose. This beautiful home features 2 Les Paul's, 2 SG's, a 1984 Explorer and a Flying V, all Gibson's. Also including a 1988 USA Fender Strat, an LTD Snakebyte, Epiphone Dove acoustic and Firebird. All with new strings and set up with low action. Choose from a multitude of amps as well. Enjoy...
The space
The house is very nice. Clean, new and efficient. There is a small desk in bedroom with a chair to get some work done too. Queen bed with huge cabinets in bedroom with closets and hangers. 60'' tv in the bedroom also. Ikea long cube cubbies make a great place to put your luggage on top of. Bathroom is equipped all quality towels, hand towels and rags in the drawers along with the hair dryer and iron. A washer and dryer and Fender Squire are in the bathroom as well. The water system has reverse osmosis drinking and has other 4 other filters and conditioning units with a water softener as well. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Cleaning supplies are located under sink. The reverse osmosis water on the right is the best to drink. Coffee is there ready for you to make. Two stools situated behind island are the eating arrangements. Two tv trays are also to the right and left of main TV. Living room is full of kewl stuff. Nine channel Sony/Klipsch surround, 75" TV/Ultra DVD and stereo operate off one remote. Crank up to 35 on volume. Two subwoofers in Island, hits real hard. Older Sony receiver is for turntable only. Crank up to half volume. Records are guitar driven. Pedals, chords, picks, straps ,etc are all on 3 tier mobile cart. Home was stick built on 22 yards of concrete. Not a tiny house but a small space utilizing all of its potential. Bathroom is actually a safe room somewhat. Extra concrete and steel under the 2x6 interior walls with horizontal 3/4 plywood for extra strength if the weather gets dicey. Porch has table and three chairs. I'm gonna put an ashtray out there for smokers. But no smoking in house. There's a Hasty-Bake grill out there, charcoal only with and electric starter. No charcoal fluid needed. I ask you keep windows and doors closed. It is Florida and there bugs and critters everywhere.

Other things to note
Just please remember to be kind to these instruments. They are meant to be played and utilized. Not abused and damaged. You are agreeing to this responsibility when you book House of Guitars and are 100% liable for damages and or loss. The stereo is easy to operate with one remote. Don't touch actual receiver, use LG remote. Hit the home button go left or right. The amps. The Laney is a beast, thriving on high gain. There's a HI-Watt, Randall, Ashdown and Crate ministack in hallway, power cord only. The 5 other ministack amps have speaker cables to share. Them being Orange Micro Terror and the Tiny Terror fulll stacks, VHT stack and a Marshall Silver Jubilee Lead 12 Ministack. I have other amps and guitars to offer, Just mssg me and i can put into house. There is a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Studio pre amp, headphones, mic and stand here. So bring your laptop and record with these guitars. There is also a Beat Buddy drum machine for just practicing, sounds great actually and is very powerful for just being a pedal.
