This is a 3-story, 4 BR, 3.5 BA, house with one of the bedrooms converted into a dedicated office.
Natural light floods the home. Or use the room darkening shades to enjoy complete privacy.
Beds: there is 1 king bed, 2 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 sofa.
You'll have a private, 2 car garage with electric car charging available.
There are 2 outdoor terraces with a small private backyard.
Guest access
Self-service check-in available with key code access to the garage and front door.
Check-in after 3pm. Check-out at 11pm.

The HOA requires a lease agreement to be signed by the host and the guest before move-in. Your stay should not be impacted.
