Welcome to our NEW (2023-built) corner unit downtown condo! At a spacious 1,500 square feet, this is one of the largest units in the building. Sleeps 8 on comfy new beds. Building amenities (all same floor as our unit) include a pool, cabanas, fire pits, grill, gym, lounge, and free secure parking garage. Just 7 blocks from Broadway Ave & 4 blocks from the Music City Convention Center. Less than 1 mile to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Ascend Amphitheater, Music Row & The Gulch.

The space:
Nashville Vibes welcomes you with a dramatic entry hallway leading to the living area, highlighted by a large neon Nashville Vibes sign set on a 7 foot by 7 foot tall juniper greenery wall. We've included a selfie stand so you can take fun group photos during your stay. Beyond that are black and white print wall art candids of Nashville's country music legends, as you come into the living room and kitchen from the hallway. The living room is huge, with room to seat everyone on the sectional sofa, side chairs, barstools and kitchen table chairs. Head outside to our wraparound balcony to enjoy a Nashville sunset!
Both bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds (six total beds that sleep 8 comfortably). Nobody in your group has to slum it on a pull out couch!

Guest access:
With a stay in our unit, you will have access to all of the common spaces in the building. We use the Latch app so everyone in your group can have access to the unit, pool, gym, parking garage and front lobby door via the downloaded app on their phones. Your phone is your key!
