Nicely furnished with Nashville decor. Queen beds were comfortable. Centrally located overlooking the Cumberland with a great view of sunrise. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was great! The view was beautiful and it was within walking distance of coffee and a brewery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rebecca was very easy to communicate with and a great host!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Nashville! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our girls’ trip.Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable, and the condo felt like the perfect home base for exploring Nashville. We were able to make the most of our trip without ever feeling like we were sacrificing comfort or convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a Nashville getaway!

Awesome view of the river. Place was stocked w anything we needed along with an awesome speaker for music! A brisk walk to boardwalk so burned a few calories or was like 6 to uber closer to the area. Parking was great. We had 5 girls and plenty of room to move about in the condo. I wish we had another day or so to just hang in the condo, it was that great!

The condo was amazing! Our host was super easy to communicate with. We had a decent storm come through and noticed a leak, contacted our host and she was willing to send someone to repair it right away if we wanted or needed her to. Fortunately, the rain subsidied and we cleaned up the small amount ot water that came in and had no additional problems.

Great location. Easy communication with the host and super responsive when we had questions. Walking distance to Germantown restaurants and to Broadway music venues. Would stay here again!

Great location, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Very clean and nice layout! Lovely balcony with good morning sun. Rebecca was wonderful and accommodating. Celebrated 50th birthday with friends and family, and will definitely be back!

The the condo matched the pictures that were in the listing. I felt very safe and it was an easy process to get into. It was close to Broadway. parking was nice and easy. It was quiet. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck with the breeze coming off the river in the evening.

Host was supper easy to get ahold of and flexable the entire trip! Me and my girls loved staying here and had everything we needed. We did not end up using the pool or gym so cannot speak for those things. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows for people to use. The only thing I would suggest adding is another ground fan if possible. Overall was located in a good location, cheap ubers to downtown and walk able distance if you wanted to.

The property was not cleaned thoroughly. Under the chairs there were items that did not belong to us (ear rings, a fake eyelash, etc.).The check-in process was easy. We left several hours before the required check out time, within a couple of hours of checking out one of the guests realized they had left behind some important items. We sent an email to the host letting them know and asking if we could go back. The host stated they’d have the cleaning people grab them but then that night they messaged us and let us know that they forgot and would have to wait until the new guests checked out. Days later they messaged that they had the items and would arrange shipping. They did not send an update so I reached out again and asked for an update which they then stated that there was a misunderstanding and they did not have her items, they found something else and would go back and check for our items. It’s now been over a week and the only response they’ll send is, “I’m looking into this.” It’s not their fault that the items were left but we did recognize they were left before the new guests arrived, it does not seem they even tried to obtain them and return them.

The place was amazing but when we got there another group was in the apartment. They had the wrong apartment but were given the same code as ours. The manager took 12 hours to respond to me to change the code so we could feel safer. Other than that we loved the place. Walkable to downtown and very clean.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony, watching the barge activity. The A/C worked great, we were there during an intense heat wave where it reached 97 degrees outside. Rebecca was very responsive to an issue we had, great communication. Parking was very convenient and loved that it was covered. The pool was pleasant and clean. Overall a great experience.

Very clean, nicely furnished. Loved River location but not pedestrian friendly, we were not familiar with city but hoped access to Broadway by foot would have been possible but not for us ladies. We just Ubered everywhere. Had a great time.
