Amazing property, we stayed there while attending a convention downtown. Property was clean and well-appointed with easy access to the convention center and downtown area. Highly recommend staying here. A wonderful and fun gathering place for our college roommate reunion. Jarrods place was so cute and clean and not a detail was missed. The beds were super comfortable! Broadway is an easy 15 min walk. thank you Jarrod! We will be back!

Place was a clean, and nicely decorated. It was enough space for 8 of us and a close distance to downtown. The host was so accommodating and helpful. He was very responsive. Would book again or recommend.

The rental was parfect for us with 3 adult children and 2 guests, 7 total. Place was clean, short ride from airport, and about a mile walk to Broadway. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back! The place was very clean, and Jarrod was great to work with—super accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.We had six people in our group and felt like we had plenty of space. The bathrooms were especially large, which made getting ready easy for a bigger group, and the beds were all comfortable.The location worked well for us—maybe a bit of a longer walk for some, but a quick and inexpensive Uber ride (around 8) made it very convenient. There was a little bit of normal wear and tear, like a few scuff marks on the walls, but nothing that impacted our stay at all.The only thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy being next to a major highway, but that was a minor trade-off considering everything else.Overall, we had a great experience—awesome place, great trip, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay, great location and very comfy. Wide open and airy with three queen bedrooms which was perfect for us. Hosts very responsive and welcoming! No wonder up and down the reviews are all 5 stars! Nashville very special! We’ll be back.

This was a great place to stay! Close Uber ride to Lower Broadway….walking distance to 3rd & Lindsley….place was very clean….low water pressure in one of the bathrooms, but was not a deal breaker! Overall, very solid place!

We are Jarrod and Emma and have called Nashville home for 10years and absolutely love it. We just had our first child so we're all about her these days, but we try not to forget about our golden retriever, who we call our first born. We hope you’ll be the next guest that gets to enjoy our amazing home. We're happy to offer any recs on restaurants, bars, or hot spots around the city!

We love this neighborhood because it's so close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Being able to walk to Broadway to hear live music or to the Titans and Predators games is amazing. Plus there's the best BBQ located just 1/2 mile a way.

All of our furnishings are top of the line and designed as if we were living here full-time. The mattresses are super comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and the ammeneities are first class.
