L'unité offre également un beau salon avec un 60 "TV à écran plat - câble disponible dans la chambre et salle de séjour. Le canapé est aussi un canapé-lit (Queen taille mémoire de matelas en mousse) pour que l'appareil peut accueillir confortablement un total de 4. Cuisine complète avec cafetière, four grille-pain, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. La cuisine a tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer pour rendre votre séjour confortable. The host, Judi was very accommodating as we were traveling from Texas. It would have been an inconvenience to have had to provide our own linens and towels since we were flying so the host provided them for us. Everything needed for our 3 week stay was in the unit including beach chairs and beach towels.The microwave failed during our stay, but the host had it replaced in a timely manner. She is a terrific host and very responsive.The unit is getting older and could use a little maintenance as the entry door, the patio door, and the shower door were all binding and in need of adjustment or minor repairs.Overall, the unit is clean, well stocked with the necessary amenities, and a terrific rental property in an ideal location. The cooking pans were dirty and the toaster/oven appliance was very dirty would not use it at all. Other than this we enjoyed our stay. Great location

best place to relax

My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay. I loved sitting on the balcony with either coffee or wine to people watch. Then there was the beach, just a stone's throw away. Learned the meaning of RELAX.

Amazing Vacation Rental

We had the most amazing stay at the Sea Spray! It had everything we could want to enjoy our stay. The view was fantastic. I could just lay down on the couch and watch the ocean from my window. Jodi was a fantastic host. She answered everyone of my question and even let me know about some venue's I didn't know about. I would recommend staying here. *****

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and well equipped, so well in fact that I ended up bringing things that were already there. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer combo was very helpful and convenient. The location is amazing and there are so many things (everything, actually) is within walking distance. The recommendations the owners provided were perfect! The only thing I wish there was an extra lock on the door. It was myself and my young daughter traveling alone and the added safety of a second lock would be nice. The door lock is just a push button lock. We can’t wait to come back next year!

There were only 2 negatives about the visit. The streaming services don't get Red Sox games, and they were a pain to use. I ended up having to use my own Netflix account because I suspect the renter before me used theirs. The shower door didn't close properly, but once we learned the trick it was okay, but should be fixed in the off season. The location and having an elevator were very convenient. Love the deck. Bed was comfortable. Having a frig with the external ice maker was great. Even though we ate out a lot, it was great to have a dishwasher. We enjoyed our week!

The condo is across the street to beach. Wonderful view and unit was fully furnished and spotless. Owners updated us on all amenities and made our vacation perfect.

Excellent!

Everything was well organized and it is a lovely location with nice views. The wifi was a bit 'iffy' but that may have been a temporary issue. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

The unit is located in the heart of Hampton Beach - we are adjacent to the casino, easy access to all the restaurants, arcades, and the band stage. It offers some of the most spectacular sunrises you will ever see along with some of the best people watching you will find!

Easy access to major highways - US95, US495 & US Rte 1. The condominium is outfitted with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kitchen completed stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Also offers two TV's and a DVD player.

It is a one bedroom with a pull-out sofa in the living room easily located on Ocean Boulevard between J & K Streets!
