Smell the salty air, listen to crashing waves, watch the tides come and go in the marsh, grill ribs and steaks as you watch stunning sunsets over the marsh, and be only 2 blocks from getting sand in your toes on the famed Hampton Beach while enjoying the busy main drag of Hampton Beach! This corner lot on Island Path boasts oak floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, washer/dryer, front deck and large side deck (with propane grill, table umbrella, separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right at wonderful Hampton Beach. Three bedrooms (full, queen, twin bunk beds) and a sleep sofa the living room. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator, quartz counters, dining table with extra leaf. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly but PLEASE check the pet box during your reservation if you are bringing your pet. No smoking or firearms permitted on the property.

Linda was a wonderful host. Even while visiting this beach house in November with 4 guests and 2 dogs,, we had a great stay. Is also located in a very welcoming and dog friendly neighborhood. Would definitely visit again!

You can't ask for a better location than this adorable cottage. Lots of great space inside and out!! Easy access to the beach and boardwalk but nice and quiet if you want to relax at the cottage instead. Two great porches and a hammock for lounging outside. We had some rainy days but easily kept ourselves entertained inside. Central AC was a lifesaver when the humidity rolled in. Fully stocked with the best hosts! Check in/out was so easy. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and it is our favorite house at Hampton Beach. The location is wonderful – walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops but set back enough so that it’s very quiet. The host is so easy to deal with and always makes the booking process easy and ensures that our stay will be comfortable. Every time we’re planning a trip to Hampton, this is the first house I look for to see if it’s available. We’re already looking forward to our next trip.

Hampton Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. We were a short walk from the beach and shops. We enjoyed the games, hammock, and bbq set up at the house. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing rental

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this location. It was the most quietest spot we've stayed at in hampton beach. It was extremely clean, and they provided every appliance you could possibly need for your home away from home. Overall, A+ we would definitely recommend booking your next vacation at this property.

Enjoyable Stay

Location was wonderful and good space for gathering. Plenty of dishes, and other basics. Loved the large towels! Walkable to the beach and just afternoon walks in the area.
