This beautiful craftsman bungalow is located at the end of cul-de-sac, overlooking downtown Siloam Springs. The home has 4 beds, 2 full bath, and a large backyard for entertainment. Bring your family or friends and enjoy an updated home with a beautiful kitchen and large bedrooms. Smart Tv's in every room and a strong WIFI signal and speed to manage all the devices you may have.

The Space:
Pets allowed with an additional fee of $50/pet/stay + other fees (max 2 pets) (non refundable) 

Note: Pets are not allowed on furnitures.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful dead end street with little traffic and great neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy - Our policy is to keep a completely refundable $500 deposit if you would like to bring pets to the property. This will be collected prior to your stay through Stripe. This will be released when the cleaning team can confirm that any extensive damage has not been done.

Non Refund only when an agreement can not be made IF damage has occurred

Extensive damage -
- Bite marks or scratches on furniture, walls, cabinets or any part of the house.

- Urine stains or smells on the furniture, floors, walls or any part of the house

- Extensive cleaning of comforters, blankets or furniture.

- Others to be determined as they occur.

We ask that you do not allow your pets on the furniture at all. If you are going to do so without my knowledge please put a sheet over the furniture or comforters, so we can easily clean and make guest ready for the next person.
