🌟 Stay in our spacious 3-story riverfront cabin with direct river access right in front of the home.
🌟 The main level features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, two queen bedrooms with a shared bath, and a wrap-around porch perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.
🌟 The upper loft offers a game table, pull-out couch, TV, and a private king master suite with en-suite bath and balcony.
🌟 The lower level includes a game room with pool table, kitchenette, TV, pull-out couch, king bedroom, full bath, and laundry room.
🌟 End your day soaking in the hot tub on the lower porch, surrounded by peaceful river views.

🌟 Seasonal Fireplace Use
Indoor gas fireplaces are operational from October through April, perfect for cooler mountain evenings.
🌟 Grill Propane Information
Propane is provided March–September. Outside of these months, the grill remains available, but guests may need to refill propane, which can be purchased at Home Depot.
🌟 Balcony Safety Note
The upstairs balcony is child-safe, however we kindly recommend adult supervision for children due to the height of the porch.
🌟 River Chairs
Chairs are available downstairs for use by the river. Please return all chairs after use so they remain available for all guests.

Enjoy nearby favorites like The Lily Pad and Toccoa River Restaurant, plus easy access to hiking, tubing, and river adventures. Only 8 miles from vibrant downtown Blue Ridge, you’re close to shops, dining, and local attractions.

* We have a steep driveway with parking for 3 cars on the flat landing. You can walk to the Lily Pad, offering gem mining, mini golf, and fishing. Just 2 hours from Atlanta airport.
* No Uber or Lyft is available.

Pets
🌟 Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed. Guests who bring pets will forfeit any refund.
Driveway & Parking
🌟 The cabin has a steep paved driveway—no 4-wheel drive needed, just low gear and steady pace.
🌟 Parking is available for 3 cars. Please do not park on River Road.
Fireplace & Firewood
🌟 The gas fireplace is operational October–April.
🌟 Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at Ingles or Home Depot nearby.
Bugs & Wildlife
🌟 Mountain areas naturally have bugs and wildlife. Keep doors closed when using the porches to avoid letting them inside.
Quiet Hours
🌟 10 PM – 8 AM on River Road. Please be mindful, as sound carries over the river.
Hot Tub & Safety
🌟 Shower before entering the hot tub.
🌟 No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.
🌟 Children must be supervised near the hot tub, fire pit, and river dock.
🌟 Always cover the hot tub when not in use.
Trash & Recycling
🌟 Use the two outdoor trash bins. All trash must be bagged and secured—loose trash can attract animals.
🌟 If bins are full, excess trash may be taken to:

🌟 Weekly trash pickup schedules will be shared during your stay.
River Safety
🌟 Swim at your own risk.
🌟 The river level varies with weather—sometimes fast and high, other times lower and calmer.
Starter Essentials
🌟 A starter supply of essentials is provided for approximately 4 days to help you settle in.
Security Cameras
🌟 Exterior-only security cameras are installed for safety and insurance purposes.
1. Due to the severe allergies of the owner, pets are not allowed. There is a no refund cancellation if not honored.
2. All dishes must be cleaned. A dishwasher is available, but no dirty dishes should be left in the sink or on the counters.
3. Please make sure to cover the hot tub after each use. Food, glass, and beverages are not permitted in the hot tub.
4. You have full access to the two outdoor trash bins. All trash must be bagged—no loose items—and should not be left outside the bins, as this can attract animals. If animals scatter trash due to improper disposal, you will be responsible for the cleanup.
We’re fortunate to have weekly trash service. If the bins are full upon your arrival, you may take excess trash to:

Please note that we will inform you of the scheduled pickup day during your stay.
5. Please do not leave chairs unattended by the river.
6. Swimming is at your own risk.
7. Roasting marshmallows in the indoor fireplace is prohibited.
8. Late checkout must be requested in advance.
