Enjoy the amenities associated with the Solitude Day Lodge which include swimming under the stars in the heated out-door pool, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, or soothe those ski muscles in the co-ed sauna or stretch them in the fitness room. A game room is a kid favorite! The layout is perfect for a family with a King bedroom as well as a bunk room sleeping a total of 6 in beds (8 with sleeper sofa).

About Solitude Condominium Community
Fabulous mid-mountain location with panoramic views of the trails and the Okemo valley. Exceptional community amenities include a private recreation center, fitness room, indoor/outdoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, locker rooms and seasonal restaurant overlooking the trails. Enjoy ski in/out access and a variety of spacious floorplans. A ski-in ski out complex with a mix of direct ski access and short walks to ski access.
Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Neither Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations.
The Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax is 12%. The VT Rooms & Meals Tax account number for Inside Edge is: MRT-11096629
RENTAL RULES
SMOKING: SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. If parking passes are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PARKING PASSES: If parking passes are required, they will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter`s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: If your property has a fireplace, usage is permitted. Please follow instructions posted in the unit. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, stove, coffee maker, televisions, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.
CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.
