Inaccurate listing made it less than ideal

Vegas purchases USDCostco orderLyft Airport to house (M.E.A.P.K.Sh) paid by KieThe listing mentioned could sleep 20, and the number of beds and sofa beds that the house had. I was able to assign rooms for our team based on our needs. Unfortunately the listing was inaccurate - when it said 2 sofa beds. There were none, only recliners. Since we needed the extra beds we reached out to the host and they were able to drop off an air mattress. And at that point gave us extra sheets. I was quite clear how many adults would be sharing the house before we arrived and we still had to go searching for the extra blankets and a futon was that was listed in the office, but was not.Most of the upstairs and bedroom light switches didn’t work and we could only use lamps. The thermostat was not adjustable and the house was kept quite cold. The outside lights were on a timer and we couldn’t use the pool or backyard after dark. There was no response from the owner when I mentioned this.Luckily we were busy with a seminar most of the time so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the home. Otherwise it could have been more of a problem.It was clean and there were some toiletries provided. A beautiful home, but sleeps 12-14 max.A successful stay for us but please reach out to the owner for details on the bed situations for clarity. When asked about it his response was “it’s just how VRBO organizes the listing”. That is unacceptable.

Lovely stay for my family.

Spacious home for family and friends. Big kitchen and dining room for family brunch. Living room so big and comfy. The kids loved the upstairs loft with bean bags, record player, and arcade video game. Master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Our family loved the bedrooms. My kids loved the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds. The house owner was quick to respond to questions before and during stay. The backyard was fun to hang out with the fire pit and the kids loved the pool.

Very large and spacious for our group of 7. Easy to get Lyft/uber and would take about 15 minutes to the strip - slightly longer if during a busy time of day. Great option for a large group!

Senior baseball getaway

Overall the stay was good. The listing said it had 4 twin bunk beds but it only had 2? The garbage outside was already overflowing when we got there. The water heater was Leaking and one tub upstairs was backed up. Matthew stayed in good contact with us and my main issue was the fact we had no where to put our garbage and the lack of the other two twin bunk beds because we needed the sleeping space Matthew had some repairs made. Overall it was a comfortable home.My only

The house was amazing. Every bedroom has a bathroom plus there is a half bathroom downstairs. It is very spacious. We had a group of 20 and we were not crammed up. Very accommodating when it comes to towels, and linens. My family loved the house. I definitely recommend.

Awesome stay

This place was AWESOME. I have a big family so we decided to pick this place for our first annual family vacation to Vegas. Matthew is great with communications. The house was spacious, clean and very nice. The massage chair, my goodness, I loved it. My family loved the pool and the backyard. Me personally, I loved the mattresses in the bunkbeds room. Vegas Family Trip

Hi: The house was amazing! Our host Matthew was very nice and responsive. We didn't have enough blankets and he bought new blankets for my family. The internet was not working the first day of our arrival but he was able to fix it the following day. Our experience was very good 😊

Beautiful big space

Beautiful great place! Matthew communicated well with us and was a fast replier. The house was gorgeous. A few things wish it was bit cleaner, and when asked for propane for the fire we didn’t get any. Other than it was a great fun stay perfect location not to far from the Las Vegas strip
