-Absolutely no pets allowed! $500 fine if caught.
-Absolutely no visitors allowed at the property

-No loud music and noise to disturb our neighbors.
-Falsifying total guest count may result in reservation termination
-No marijuana or other controlled substances are allowed to be consumed or possessed at this property.
-No smoking or vaping inside the house; UP TO $500 FINES
-Bath towels will be provided to guests no wash cloths due to sanitary reasons
-We are located in a quiet neighborhood with a policeman neighbor.
-Be respectful to our neighborhood.
-Outdoor security camera are in use in the front and backyard; please keep the camera active 24/7 during our guests’ stay
-Failure to follow any of the house rules WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR BOOKING and we reserve the right to TRESPASS ALL GUESTS from the PROPERTY with NO REFUND
