Recent upgrades: Complete interior painted (March 2025); Main dining table refinished (April 2025); Downstairs bathroom remodeled (new tile floor and vanity).

Classic cape house, walking distance to Forest Beach, 1 mile to Red River. Beautiful large back yard perfect for enjoying a drink or playing a family game of whiffle ball. Large sun room with comfortable seating and large TV. House has multiple spots to hang out if privacy is desired. 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs. All mattresses, appliances, and outdoor furniture/grill are only *1 year old*.

Lovely stay

The Chatham area is absolutely lovely, quainy and with beautiful scenary. The house is spacious and stocked with many appliances and beach items to make your stay enjoyable.

Cozy Getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at Mary’s home. The area was lovely and just a short walk away from the beach. The house was clean and cozy and the instructions she left were easy to follow. We especially enjoyed spending time in the sunroom!

Perfect Cape Cod home

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! It was the perfect spot for me and my mom to celebrate her 70th birthday. The location was excellent, close to everything. The house itself was absolutely adorable, cozy, and had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful House!

I stayed in this property with my children for an area soccer tournament and the house was perfect for everything we needed - plenty of room for the kids and a washer/dryer for dirty uniforms!

Chatham vacation

We had a wonderful week. The house provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner went out of her way to make things nice even providing a pool & toys for our grandson. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We hope to stay here again when we come back to this area.

Mary’s Chatham House

My wife and I and two adult children attended a wedding with events on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday morning. To have such a comfortable place to prepare from and to escape to made our visit very enjoyable. The weather was perfect every day. I highly recommend this property.

Heaven on Earth

Delightful surprise! Excellent supplies, grand accommodations for all! Mary - you might think about ceiling fans in the dining room and the TV room. One of my favorite aspects of the vacation is that the cottage uses space well - we never felt on top of one another - plenty of space for all age groups!

Perfect house

This house was perfectly clean upon checkin. There were plenty of dishes, cups, utensils . The small things were perfect as well
soap in the bathrooms, tp, paper towels, dishwasher pucks. Things I’ve had to bring at other houses were provided. The sheets were comfy and beds were made upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable cottage

This home was great. Very clean, neat and tidy. Mary was easy to get a hold of and the cleanup process was a breeze! Our only minor complaint is that the bathrooms were a bit dated and the one in the first floor bedroom was missing some floor molding and the bathtub was very slippery. With that being said, we would rent from Mary again!

Wonderful house in perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mary’s house! We spent lots of time in the beautiful sunroom and around the large dining table, neither of which are captured in the listings pictures. The house had lots of space and was clean. Our only surprise was that the beds were not made; we had been informed of extra sheets in the cedar chest, but we didn’t know we were meant to make our own beds upon arrival. Other than that, everything was lovely and great for the whole family!

Classic w comfort, yard, parking, good host.

It’s a classic with well planned additions, comfortable beds & furnishings with bright, light-filled living spaces. (See listing photos.) Non-cluttered interior provides just what you need: a comfy, peaceful base to explore the great coastal beauty of Cape Cod. Huge, well manicured lawn greets you with a sweet blooming picket fence + off street parking. Host quickly responsive & nice. *Tip: A fine local beach, w MANY good, unique beaches within 10-30 mins drive. A new view around every bend, explore!!

Location Location Location

The house is large and accommodated all our living space and kitchen and sleeping needs over the week’s stay. Exceptional is the neighborhood and close proximity to the beach with public access- quick 5-10 min walk eliminated need for beach stickers and packing car daily. AC units in bedrooms were necessary as high heat started the week but quickly changed to cool and breezy by mid week. Mary was quick to response and so accommodating with any request or question. This is also priceless. - look forward to staying again next year!
