This house, located in The Retreat at Championsgate is FULLY FURNISHED, and is ready to welcome you and your family/friends. This condo is incredible and has so much to offer!
The home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, and much more. Upon entering the front door you immediately have a beautiful view from the back sliding door to the pool to welcome you home and remind you that you are on vacation!! To the left of the entrance is a guest bathroom and first floor bedroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are located at the back of the home with two sliding glass doors to the screened pool deck providing a great place for both indoor and outdoor entertaining and living. The back of the house and the pool area are exposed to the south, providing excellent natural lighting in the living areas throughout the day. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and natural light shades. Further down the hall are two more beautifully decorated guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The home also offers a laundry closet. This home is very beautiful, beautiful southern exposure to the pool and deck areas, tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. Come have a rest time with your family!

This house is located at a resort with a lot of amazing things to do! The house is HUGE and comfortable! We have a really good WiFi and also our pool is amazing! For sure It is the best place to stay with family and friends.

This is the best Home resort in the whole area. Champions Gate Resort is the best option for your vacation.

We are only few minutes from the Disney area, and a short drive from Universal, Also it is close to US 192 that there are so many good staffs to do.

This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase any additional items for their use during their stay.

Also known as The Oasis Club, or simply The Oasis. This luxury amenity center is a beautiful and impressive resort in an exclusive gated community known for its beautiful homes. The resort features an impressive 16,000 square foot Clubhouse | In the 1,500 m² clubhouse building, you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge, cinema, fitness center, games room and much more. Outdoor amenities include two temperature-controlled pools, a lazy river, two-story waterslide, aqua children's play area, sand volleyball, cabanas for rent, poolside food and beverage service and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also has 7 tennis courts and the ChampionsGate Country Club golf course.

- Full guest list required prior to check-in
- Heated spa is optional and we charge a fee to heat it
- Barbecue is optional and we charge to use it
- Vacation rental communities DO NOT allow roadside parking
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, automobiles and boats ARE PROHIBITED.
- Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted unless they are legal and registered as other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in a garage (not permitted if your home has a garage converted into a games room, moving games are prohibited, subject to a fine).
- Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing and we are not responsible for this.
- Electric Cars: Charging vehicles at home is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine per charge, plus electricity costs.
- Any of our rules that are violated will be subject to a $500 fine.

We do not allow extra guests. Everyone must be informed on the platform, both adults and children.
