The condo was great, it had all the essentials. The add was very misleading. Under the “highlights of the property”,the top highlight was the fantastic hot tub,that DOES NOT exist. That was one of the deciding factors for us in renting this property. Very disappointed.

This property is outstanding. Everything was clean and well set up. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent so check in and out was easy. Definitely we will stay here again.

Immediately when you walk in you feel right at home. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for our stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very easily slept 6 of us. Check in was smooth and the price was very reasonable for everything you get. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back again.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying in this property. I wish we had more time to spend just hanging out there! Highly recommend for any trip and make sure to leave some time for relaxing in the house and seeing the sights in Kanab!

The wave

Great place to stay for a jumping off point in southern Utah. Hit a couple natl parks and then back to the jacuzzi and fire pit. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Relaxing 3 night stay in Kanab! Clean condo with a garage. We relax in the hot tub after long days on the trails. Close to food and grocery. Safe area.

Great townhouse in Kanab

The property was clean and well-stocked for our visit. Plenty of space for 4 and the backyard was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine. We didn't have time to use the hot tub but it looked fantastic.

This property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, clean and easy access to our hikes at Zion NP and Coyote Bluffs/Buckskin Gulch.The pristine hot tub was a nice ending to each day! I would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! It was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be black out curtains in the 2 back rooms. It is extremely bright in those rooms. Other than that it was perfect!

Great stay!

We had such a great time relaxing after long days hiking in near by national parks. The home was exactly as pictured, clean and comfy. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Made use of the outdoor grill, hot tub and fire pit. The host even quickly replaced propane at a moments notice. If ever in this area again, for sure pick here to stay!!

Loved Kanab

The condo was excellent. So much so, we decided to stay an extra day. They responded immediately to our request. We were really impressed with the quality of restaurants in this small town. I highly recommend.

Phenomenal Condo in Beautiful Southern Utah!

We stayed in the Kanab Family Condo for three nights, using it as a jumping off point for day trips to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. After a long day of hiking, the hot tub was just what we needed. The condo was easy to find and exceptionally clean. It was close to everything we needed in town, such as groceries or restaurants. It was perfect for our my wife and I, our three children, and my parents. We hope to return!

Phenomenal!

Amazing unit. Absolutely perfect for us. The rooms are spacious, everything was very clean, and beds were comfortable. We took the mattress pad off the master bed because it was too soft, but plenty of pillows and very comfy blankets. Kitchen has everything needed and more. The backyard was amazing, grill, gas firepit, hot tub, Cornhole we we and the kids loved it. Had a few very minor issues that were handled very quickly and responsively. Highly recommend!

Could not have been better

This property was simply amazing. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and we were able to do hikes near kanab, Bryce, and Zion. (Side note Buckskin Gulch and Edmaier’s Secret is a fabulous hike!). Things that were amazing about the house: 1. Private hot tub in the back! Note that it takes a while (Hours) to heat up to hot tub temp. 2. The mattresses are ridiculously comfy memory foam 3. Everything was so clean! 4. Kitchen was well equipped (including blender and food processor) and they even had Tupperware so we could put our sandwiches in small containers for hikes. 5. Host was super responsive with any questions we had. Didn’t make the lottery for The Wave hike so I will definitely be booking again!!!
