This cottage was beautiful and spacious for a couple. The kitchen was plentiful with pots and pans to cook. The view from the patio and kitchen is serene & peaceful.

Perfect base camp to explore everything Olympic has to offer. The cottage has a great view, was very clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. It is only a few minutes to Port Angeles which is the local hub for shopping and restaurants. Also only 20 minutes from some of the most beautiful places in Olympic such as crescent lake.

Absolutely excellent - my only suggestion would be to increase the number of saucepans in the kitchen for those who like to cook complex meals. The location is perfect for the Olympic national park - can strongly recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Wildcat cottage. Super clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with essentials and extras. Beautiful view and location, we hated to leave. So happy we chose this property for our visit to Olympic NP.

Excellent property to stay.Well kept. Host's did a very nice job with the home. Now the drawbacks. Getting to the property off the main road may leave you to question the surroundings. Secondly the kitchen lacked certain essentials.

Great view and location

Very clean, comfortable amd well-appointed. Bed was comfortable if a little high. Nice place to come back to in the evening after a day of exploring Olympic National Park. An obviously well-cared for property with a lovely view of the sea. Kitchen had most equipment you need. (Except we couldn't find a carrot peeler)

We enjoyed our stay at the Wildcat Cottage. The location was great for all of our Olympic National Park exploring. Everything inside felt updated, new, and clean. Having the view across to Canada at the kitchen window was lovely. The hosts were accommodating and helpful when we had a little trouble with the AC. Overall we would definitely recommend!

Lovely home with pretty view of mountains in distance

The cottage was clean and felt very spacious. It was a great home base for our family of 4 ( kids ages 11 &13). The view from the porch/kitchen window at sunset was beautiful. We would definitely recommend!

My family stayed at this property at the end of a long tour throughout the parks of the Pacific Northwest. In all measurably categories, the property, owners and location exceeded our expectations. The views from the house are beautiful. The kitchen was stocked. The location was perfect for exploring Port Angeles, Olympic National Park, and the ocean. My kids especially loved the badminton set up near the patio. To add to all of this, the owners generously shared some freshly caught crab with us for dinner. If we ever return to the area, we'll be sure to book this property again. Thank you!

Perfect Home Base

Wildcat Cottage was as described and served as a perfect home base for our explorations in Olympic National Park and beyond. We especially enjoyed the view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca / Salish Sea, which made for lovely sunsets!

My husband and I were born and raised here on the olympic peninsula . We are both professional in the community and live here on the 5 acre property . We just finished building our homes a year ago . Now we are working on our orchard and landscaping . We love being in this sweet location between town the beautiful lakes, rivers and oceans . We do have free range chickens a friendly Aussie and a few kitties that may visit down at the cottage 😁

This property is in the prime location of an outdoor enthusiasts. Across from our driveway there is also a beautiful hiking trail that leads to a seasonal stream /waterfall .
