Welcome to Elwha Escape. Make yourself at home in this delightful 1-bedroom plus loft, (Loft is not full height ceiling) in Port Angeles retreat located on 5 secluded acres. This cozy Tiny Home features a queen bed and 2 twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like Wi-Fi, a hair dryer,, complimentary snacks, coffee, washing machine & dryer during your stay. Experience the magic of Port Angeles at our home. There are TV's in each room with the loft and living room tv's having retro games attached to them. Game boards and cards available. Kitchen is stocked with everything for basic cooking along with a coffee maker. Covered porch with a view of the water and mountains, picnic table, BBQ, fire pit, bike rack if you choose to bring your bikes with you. We are close to waterfall hikes, lakes and rivers and the Strait of Jaun de Fuca. Downtown Port Angeles is a short 10 min drive east of us. And west of us would be the lakes, hikes and the Hoh rain forest.

Complimentary water bottles, cooler to take with you while you're out and about, snacks, coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry and dish detergent, dryer sheets, hand and body soap, shampoo and conditioner, Q tips, cotton facial pads, makeup wipes, books and brochures about the Olympic National Park and surrounding areas, propane for BBQ.

Relax by the propane firepit in the evening while soaking in the views and the sunsets!

For your security there is a doorbell camera and a parking area camera.

The property was clean and there were lovely amenities. This is a great property for 2 people. I don't recommend it for more than 2 adults as the upstairs ceiling is significantly low at about 4ft. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the woods in Port Angeles. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials our family needed, which made traveling with kids so much easier.The beds were especially comfortable, and the space felt very welcoming and functional for our family of four with small kids. The entire property was very clean. The kitchen came with all the needed appliances. The snack bar was an amazing addition. The bathroom was well stocked and the addition of the makeup wipes came in handy! The outdoor space had a wonderful view particularly at sunset and a fire to end the night was perfect after a long day of hiking. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to visit Olympic National Park and Port Angeles area

We LOVED this stay. The hosts didn’t skip out on ANY details. You can tell everything was built with the intention of being comfortable, clean, and easy to use. The kitchen was fully equipped/stocked. We had a view of the water from our front porch. This stay was perfect for 3 people. It was very cozy and clean; the perfect place to come back to after long days at Olympic National Park and our day trip to Victoria, Canada! Lastly, thanks Tammy and Jason for being great hosts.

We spent our 26th anniversary at Elwha Escape and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The cabin was cozy, spotless, and tucked away in such a peaceful setting. Each evening, we came back from hiking in Olympic National Park to relax and take in the quiet beauty of the property. It truly felt like our own private retreat. The location was perfect — close enough to Port Angeles for dining and supplies, but still wonderfully secluded. We’d absolutely stay here again!

What a little gem! I took 2 teenage girls on a weekend away for some Spring Break nature...along with the comforts of home and this checked all the boxes. Super clean and modern, hosts were amazing and thought of everything. Helpful visitor guides, recommendations for things to see nearby and even sent us the low tide times for when we were visiting. The loft is not ceiling height but the kids thought it was amazing to have a space of their own, and I thought having a bedroom with a super comfy bed and my own TV was amazing! So many things to see and do and great restaurants just a 10-15 minute drive. We lucked out with great weather and got to enjoy the views of the water and sunsets from the front porch along with a pair of bald eagles which put on quite a show right above the cabin. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very smooth check in and perfect kitchen. It was really clean and well organized. Unfortunately it was rain but we enjoyed the stay with retro games and quiet environment apart from the city surrounded by trees. The smell of forest was great. It might be great view from the property if it is fine weather. I would like to come back again.

We highly recommend the Cabin in the woods - great location - just off the highway toward the park but up enough that it's very quiet and peaceful. The tiny home is clean and modern and the hosts have thought of every detail in the kitchen. The coffee table pops up so you can easily eat inside too. Jason was really helpful with ideas of things to see in the area and even lent us something we needed in order to get into the park, which was a huge help. He also shared cool pics of the dam de-construction, which he was a big part of. The only thing we hadn't realized was the loft ceiling wasn't ceiling height, so my teenage sons had to bend down in there but that was no big deal for them - just might not be good for an older couple. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic stay! They had a lot of little conveniences for everyone such as power, cables, notes about the area, binoculars, and a cooler you could use during the stay… Very thoughtful. Everything was as described and quite comfortable. Even a pretty well stocked kitchen given the small size of it. Clean, comfortable, and easy to work with hosts.
